Hii experts,
A agent of post office, takes my Rs. 50000 to invest in Kisan Vikas Patra before 3 months. But, he didn't invest my money in post office & use this amount for personal purpose. Now, I want to complaint against him. Pls help me
I want to know that can I complaint him in others authority like post office or Rbi grevience cell... ,! Suggest me, Which are right way to get my money back ..?

Partnership Retirement deed without proper consideration ,Breaching of agreement,fraudulent registration by cheating can be prayed for writ or triable for injunction to nullify the agreement

the custodian of the premises parsi panchayat mumbai maharashtra is not accepting cessed rent (288 Irs ) and is asking for 900 iRS in service charge for which no receipt is provided can the rent be paid in court and what the procedure had sent the rent vide cheque registered acknowledgement post but cheques was not submitted for clearing
please what remedial action can be taken

My Father & My Uncle named Rajesh Purchase Residental Property, (Undistributed) but Suddenly My Uncle sale his portion to My Another Uncle, I am also offer to my Uncle but He do not interest in my Offer & Sold my Uncle half Cost. 1.My Another Uncle used Ground floor with my Grandfather (No Rented) 2.My Father Used Second floor & My uncle named Rajesh stay other City before Purchase of this Property. 3.After my Grandfather death, My Another Uncle file case against my Father & My Uncle. He asked that This Propery Purchase his father but used only Named both Son Recently Case stage - Evidence but they do not present proper document & not present in Court So, Court give One side Decision, Month of Aug'17 4.My father was waiting for his appeal timeing but He do not file appeal So, My father file Ground floor Passion through Court dt.01/12/2017 & My father also inform My Uncle (Partner) & disucssed Our Property Sell Offer but My Uncle inform my Another Uncle & discussed all matter Suddenly, My Uncle sale his portion to Another Uncle dt.20/12/2017 (50%) without Permission of My father & Sign, Sales deed finalized dt.06/01/2018, Again Another Uncle file his Appeal Application of Property Nomination - Property Purchased by My Grand Father dt.01/01/2018 & My father received this Notice dt.28/12/2017 (Old Case Appeal) My Uncle cheat me My father & Both Uncle harrasement My father, At this time, My Father are 70 year Old, Please guide me, How to Handle this Problem & My father will challange this Sale Deed. At this time, My father invest all money in this House but At this time, My Father not working Properly & faceing Money Crisis, How to Cancelled this Sale deed, Please guide me & How to fight against this situation.

dear sir,
my father was dead on 25th september 2016 and there is no nomination of my mother in savings account or fixed deposite. now i make all arrange ment of succession certificate of legal heirs now my question is if surety wants loan on his property shown in deceased case than it is possible that bank may refuse him to give loan because of this?

Dear Experts,
My wife and Inlaws came to my home in my absence and took the my certificates & passport. When I approach her, she directly refuge to give.(demanding for divorce )
Police not taking case ( saying it's not theft ) even I approach DCP of my town, but no result.
My friends advising to file private case.
Note: Is it correct way to get my belongings and how many days it will take to file petition in court.

Dear Sir,
Kindly advice that while deducting we are deducting @1% and with employers contribution @3% is being paid.I know there is a window where if we could click new then rate will catch as above.But if not opt for new then usually it generate as 1.75 & 3.75%.
If there is a difference between challan and payment then it will create problem in future? kindly advice challan amount and deduction is different .

Can you please tell at what stage can i request for permanent alimony in divorce case?
Will there be separate petition needs to be filed?
husband is impotent so how much amount we can demand as he spoiled my life and career and mentally murdered?
they intentionally spoiled by suppressing his impotency and took lot of dowry from us and beaten very badly and tried to kill by leaking gas cylinder.
