I am working with a multinational engineering company (Head Office- out of India) in Pune, India. Now it’s been 8th working month with current employer and I now have received a suitable job opportunity with another company.
As per current employers' “Employment Agreement (EA)”, Claus about probation period, states below mentioned points;

Probation Period
1. You shall be on probation for a period of six months after joining.
2. Upon completion of the probation, your will undergo a confirmation review process and based on the outcome of this process your confirmation will be communicated to you in writing, till such time you will continue to remain on probation.
3. The probation period can be extended up to a maximum of nine months.
4. During probation either party can give a 15 days’ notice period and terminate this Employment Agreement.

I have not been reviewed for my probation period and till date not received any confirmation letter in writing from HR/ employer. At this condition, I have resigned and given the 15 days’ notice to employer, but employer refusing to accept 15 days’ notice period with giving below reasons to my request emails to accept my resignation.
1. 15 days’ notice is not applicable as probation period has expired.
2. Notice period given is not sufficient for a suitable transition to occur in relation to this or other active work you are doing.
3. Unfortunately we cannot accept the short notice period that you have given. We are in the middle of an important work; a couple weeks’ notice does not work for the business.
4. It is a very busy time and 2 weeks’ notice is not appropriate at this time. (Employer asking for 1.5 month notice period, to accept my resignation.)
5. Give me contact details of your new employer and allow me to talk with your new employer to seek the extension with joining date of new job.
It will be great help from you, if you advise me on this situation and below points
1. As I have given the resignation and asked for 15 days of notice period as per EA, Is company have right to refuse that resignation?
2. Is the acceptance of this resignation is required from employer side, as I am working for 15 days of maximum notice period, applicable for me at this situation?
3. Further advise me what employees and employers rights in this situation.
I got married with my wife in 31st May 2013 but we don’t have any kid. Due to day to day small quarrel with my mother and sister my wife already lodged 3 NC against me and my family. On 30th Oct my wife, my mother and sister had some arguments and she decided to leave the home from that day she is not staying with us. Earlier also twice she went to her parents for 3 to 4 months but I convinced her and bring back home. Now her main demand is that she don’t want to stay with my parents, but few days back she told me that she want to come back but I don’t want to bring her my home because of her continuous threat of suicide and habit of lodge NC and negative approach towards my parents. I strongly believe if she will come then again she will continue her same behaviour. Now she approached the lawyer and file DV case against my whole family and relatives also, right now we are going through counselling process. Now what should I do? Can I file divorce case because now I don’t to stay with her? Please advise.

do the enrollment get cancelled if a lawyer is under non practice after perusing his law degree? if so, how many years can he be set without practicing?
My husband have one property which come under paghdi system that property is still in name of my grand father in law and rent recipet also come in name of grand father in law but he is expaier before more than 15 years and my father in law also expaier bofor 9 years now that property we received as share of property of my father in law but electricity bill of that place which come in name of my brother in law so want to transfer that bill in name of my husband so what is the procedure n which document required for this

As per section 39 of Insurance act amendment in 2015
"(8) Subject as aforesaid, where the nominee, or if there are more nominees than one, a nominee or nominees, to whom sub-section (7) applies, die after the person whose life is insured but before the amount secured by the policy is paid, the amount secured by the policy, or so much of the amount secured by the policy as represents the share of the nominee or nominees so dying (as the case may be), shall be payable to the heirs or legal representatives of the nominee or nominees or the holder of a succession certificate, as the case may be, and they shall be beneficially entitled to such amount."
Is it required to produce the Policy holders Succession Certificate or Nominees succession certificate as per the above clause?
am borrowed the educational loan 2009-12 from SBI,its transfered reliance ARC & already running case in Melur subcourt against me & SBI.
But last few months Reliance contact me says come to OTS payment for rupess 83000 thousand from principal of 1,32,000. And am ok they send OTS agreement.
In this OTS agreement letter in the para of terms & conditions
I)Any litigation if any pending against Reliance ARC or SBI on the captioned loan account shall be withdrawn within 7 days receipt of this sanction and same shall deemed to be withdrawn as against Reliance ARC or SBI.
Ii)please note that in case of failure to comply with any aforesaid terms & conditions we shall be at leberty to revoke our sanction to the said OTS and thereupon all concession,waiver granted to you,shall deemed to canceled withdrawn any further notice.

Case filed by Plaintiff in 2012 for 31 sites in a layout
Court issued notice to appear on 06-09-2012
But the documents dispatched on 08-09-2012
Documents received by 10-09-2012
Few of us submitted written statement and vakalat in court later
Later I was re-located to another city from Bangalore by 2013
Now my name appears in ex-parte list when I attended the court hearings last week through another lawyer
What to do next?
