Maintenance during appeal

My cousin got a maintenance order under CrPC 125 with some arrears of 13 months ( from application date) to be settled in 3 months from order.

Now, if his wife challenges the order in High Court is he required to pay arrears or he can wait till HC Judgement ?

Since his wife challenges order that means she is not accepting the order of lower court. So what is the logic that other party has to follow that order ?

unregistered notary

An unregistered notary done by my grandfather (1995) of a shop which is owned by him to my mother when I M minor...just after the death of my father(1992). We are in possession from 1987 ,when my father was alive...Till the year 2017 no one has claimed on the property... We are from Muslim family. Many times verbally my grandfather had committed about the property that my father was owner..and after Father we the children were the owner...and on simple stamp he has given the property with some condition.. which we have fully followed . Now after grandfather death my uncle's son has claimed on us for that property...plz give me advice about legal aspects of that notary and our possession from 1989 till 2017

OCI Holder selling property in India

I am an OCI holder and an Australian citizen. I had brought a house about 7 yrs ago when I was an Indian citizen jointly owned by me and my brother, I bring the first owner. I wanted to sell this property now, for which I wanted to give POA to my brother (joint applicant for the Said flat). Questions are -

1. Is there a legal hurdle to this ? And what is required from my end for the same ?
2. I still operate a normal savings account here in India. Do I have to change it to NRE account ?
3. I have an aadhar card which was taken when I was an Indian citizen (without OCI), will I have to make any changes to this ?

Request your help pls. Thanks. Satish Iyer

Tri party agreement and default in payment of emi

hi,

I am unable to pay EMI and had Tri Party Agreement with HDFC for Home Loan.
As per the agreement, in case of any default by myself, Builder should inform the HDFC and surrender the flat to HDFC.
I am really now helpless and dont have any money to pay EMI , as i had taken the flat under sub-vention scheme and now I am in big serious financial trouble.
Please experts, Help me and advice on the correct solution as I am not having any wrong intention of defaulter against the bank.

To help accused in court proceedings in a cheque bounce case

Sir one of my friend has to appear before court in a cheque bounce case as an accused and he has requested me to help him in the court procedure in the capacity of his attorney. Can an accused in a cheque bounce case authorise another person (not an Advocate) to help him in court procedure as per law ?

Personal

Hello experts,
I am working in govt. My family choose a girl for me. I also accepted that girl. after one month of conversation we got engagged. but after engagement i found she had past i came to know this and when i asked about this she accept it but she never told me clearly about that relationship i was asking how much that relationship was (means is there any physical ) but she never told, the another problem is her family background is not good. They are weak in wealth but never showed this. Their family is very arrogant in nature. specially her mother and maternal uncle doesnt know how to behave with son in law. whenever argue is with us her mother joined in that and it increases, even her other family members are also very poor in behaviour. I have also dought that in future wheather she will take care of my parents or not. But i want to marry her because i love her. I dont know whether she loves me or not or still she has her past in her mind. Now how will i go from here wether i should marry her or i should left. But leaving her is also very difficult for me because i love her sooo much. What should i do. how will i accept her past its going to very difficult for me.
