Second Opinion and Urgent Suggestion Required Please

I had already posted this same case in Forums too..
I have RTR u/s 9 of HMA going in Honourable Family Court Bandra since Dec 2014.
Counselling was done (during which respondent denied coming back) and trial started which was not attended by respondent. On 10/3/16 ExPart decision order was passed. On the day of evidence filing, respondent filed her written statement (which was false and proofs of the same were given to Honourable Court by me) along with fine for cancellation of ExPart Decision Order and Maintenance claim u/s 24 of HMA. As child is staying with her, Maintenance order was passed by Honourable Court on 03/01/18 (which is high as compared to my net salary) and I was told for Chief Filing.
My lawyer told me that she has also applied for RD.
I am in total confusion that even when I'm ready to take her home and till date all expenses of the child are borne be me, how come maintenance order and RD can be filed against me.
I need urgent second opinion in this case please.

Caveat

My family member has handed over a land to the developer at kolkata for construction g+3 storied Building in 2014. As per agreement developer agreed to hand over the flat within 24 months from the date of receipt of sanctioned plan. In the meantime we have demanded for sanctioned plan from our Promoter but they denied to give any paper as well as Flat for owners allocation. In the mean time we sent a letter to the developer for immediate hand over the paper for scrutinize the same as any violation made against agreement or not. Our expectation it has already 2 years late. However we have received a Caveat petition from the promoter by register with a/d and another a speed post with ad. Even though we have not filed any court case. Please suggest is it possible to get any compensation for delayed handover of the flat and need to send any reply against which Caveat petition received from promoter end.

Summer holidays are not the part of notice period?

Dear Team, I am a teacher working in a reputed CBSE school. Now i secured a better job and i need to quit form my present school. As per school policy i gave my resignation and 3 months notice period on 7/4/2018. My notice period include moths of April, May, and June. But in May we have summer break for 25 days i.e. from 6th of may to 26th of may. Now today on 10/4/2018 i got a message form my principal that notice period includes only working days, therefore my notice period will end in the month of July. But in my appointment letter it is clearly mentioned that notice period will be of 3 months not 3 months of working days. So kindly guide me to take the right step and with your guidance i will approach them. If any website on which details regarding notice period is available so please send the link to me so that i will meet them with all documents in my support and all proofs.
Thanks and Regards
