Sir,I and my friend opened a business concern under a registered partnership.In the year 2009 my friend filed a suit as described in the subject.I have proved that even during pendency of suit my friend continued running business and involving himself in financial transactions.Please Provide Some Case Law.....

In 2013 a special writ of allahabad HC order to constitue a full bench to decide a matter. Full bench is not constituted yet? How it can be constitued now. What is way if someone is not a party in it?

Someone got adhoc based temporary assistant teacher job in 1994,DIOS trivedi rejected his salary, via writ in HC he is getting a salary with intrem order. Writ is pending yet and he is talking long dates in it . I am not a party in it. How can i fastern the case ?

Wife filled 498a,125 and 12dv act cases against me. I am on bail in 498a. Should I go for speedy trail or I should go on with the general trial? I have RCR in my favour(twice expatre)?
Please advise what to do next?

Wife filled 498a, 125, section 12DV act. I filled RCR and got ex parte order against her, it has been more than 4-5 months.
1.Can I now file section 13 or I should go for execution of RCR. I am fed up with my wife and her false allegations.
2.Someone suggested attaching the wife's property ? I didn't get that? What is it?
3.Also can decree of RCR help me in any type of others pending cases.Please suggest.thanks!

I have taken a home loan from bank and have purchased land to be construction. The sale deed has been executed and it has been registered with my name. Later I noticed that my land measurements is incorrect in my sale deed and in actual land.
Yes I agree it was not verified thoroughly by me and builder. Now builder saying that we can go for rectification deed and need not inform the bank.
Please can anyone help me what is the procedure to correct in sale deed. The original sale deed document is with Bank.

Hello, my appointment order states that Probationary period is six months and employee shall continue to be so until the confirmation is given in writing. Further, during probation, there is a notice period of one month if employee wish to separate from the company.
So, I have been working since 20 months and my services aren't confirmed yet. I have resigned a month back but my HR is asking me to serve three months notice as per new HR policies. When I tried to defend on month's notice, they are not agreeing and refusing to relieve me by putting an induction program sheet that was acknowledged by me. The sheet consists of a list of induction programs from various departments wherein "HR policy rules and regulations" is one of them and they are claiming that the HR policy consists of three months notice which I need to follow. They are also claiming that, my services are confirmed right after six months of my appointment although there is no information about confirmation verbally or in writing.
How do I move ahead? My company is no mood to listen to my requests as the client I'm working for doesn't want to leave me.

Hi , I have finalised deal for sale of my shop to buyer at 14 lakhs. Buyer is paying me 10 lakhs at time of sale deed agreement and giving cheque of remaining 4 lakhs of future date (45 days ).
Just wanted to check in case if cheque got bounce , is there any way I can get my money back. ? Can I forcw him to pay remaining 4 lakhs legally ?
Is there any other way to this transaction ?

Respected Sir/Madam, My wife has lost her memory completely, she is physically and mentally abnormal due to the side effect after outcome of suicide attempt(hanging herself). Now she is living with her parents. My in-laws filed a case against me u/s 498(A), case is under trail in court. All this happens in 2013. They kept My twins girl childs from 2013 to for 2017. In May 2017 they sent my childs to my custody. I admited them in prestigious school by giving huge donation. Buton 28. 04.2018 they suddenly kidnaped my childs without my knowledge when I'm in off.
I complained PI ACP DCP CP but they all r rejected to file fir and asked me to go to family court . But as per my knowledge and knowledge obtained from LCI (lot of thnx to LCI experts) it is 100 percent cognizable. If I go to family court it will take some time to get my chins.
Pl guide me wt shud I do next. Is there any option to approach directly file fir in criminal court etc.
