I had given power of attorney to sell my disputed property to Person A 12 years ago .The matter is still in the court and no order to sell the property has been passed .
My questions are
1. can the Person A sell my share to anyone in the form of power of attorney to Person B or can he do the registry on my behalf during the proceedings of the court over disputed property.
2. The Power of attorney was registered at Kiccha Utranchal can I cancel the power of attorney in Ghaziabad ?or do I have to go to Kiccha in utranchal to get it cancelled ? Please suggest

planning to buy agricultural land in Karnataka, currently we don't own any agricultural land and our annual income is more than 25 lakhs , our aunts is owning land (my grand father's brother's daughter ) still she is alive and he is having agricultural land in her name .based on that can i obtain the agricultural family certificate ? and buy .if not is any legal way to buy land please suggests the same ,

My mother gave me a notarized GPA in feb-2011 to get into sale agreements and purchase property on her name.
Bought a plot in 2014. Builder executed the sale deed in which mother is purchaser represented by GPA holder i.e me.
Now when I am trying to sell, some banks are not giving loans to buyer and also document writer is doubtful if subregistrar will execute sale deed.
Khata is in the name of mother. Mother is coming to register sale deed. I am willing to be confirming party or witness as required.
What should I do now??? Why did sub registrar alow it in 2014 in first place!

Hi, We have a land measuring 15cents in our village. Its acquired by my grand father. After his expiry, no one have visited the land and recently, it was identified that the patta for the 15 cents have been taken by the neighbour along with his property. The issue is, we dont have any document as a proof of ownership for 15 cents. However, we own the property, but we dont have papers. How can we recover the property from the neighbour and what solution is available. The value of the property is more than 5 Lakhs(apprx).

I am 24 yrs girl doing job in IT company in Mumbai.I belong to OBC category.My bf is 25 yrs doing job in International company in Mumbai . He belongs to SC category i.e. he is dalit. We love each other . But I am afraid of his caste and treatment people give to their caste as it is lowest caste.I love him but not ready to accept his caste.Should I marry him?

My mother in law & her brother & sisters have their names on 7/12 for agricultural land in Maharashtra along with a Tenant (Farmer) who is cultivating the land for many years.
The Tenant has obtained certificate (Namuna 9 Rule no 18) under 32 M under Act 1948.
Now, my question is can we sell this land or the land now belongs to Tenant since he has obtained certificate 32M? Or we can sale our portion of land as per 7/12?

A pieces of land which is in the name of mother after his decease has been made partition.one portion my father and another my uncle. Now in this pieces of land there are tenants which monthly rent is withdraw by my uncle, before partition.After partition still he used to withdraw all the rent from tenant including my father portion also.When my father said that his portion rent will collect by my father ,uncle portion rent collect by uncle. This thing made my uncle furious ,he started shouting making false propaganda that my father is thieve etc etc. My uncle has aslo threaten that do what ever you can do he will collect all the rent.
Now sir plz advise what are the option availiable near to deal with this situation.

I have a situation, which may be complicated. My wife is having an affair with a man who lives in a different city. This man is/was married (I am not sure) and has two children from his own marriage. Since this man and my wife (and I) live in different cities, they do not meet often, but once in a while my wife has to travel alone to the city where this man lives for work purposes and there is no evidence to prove that they meet. I do have screen shot of their WhatsApp conversations which are sometimes just plain everyday happening discussions, sometimes graphic talking about sexual matters, and sometimes declaring their love for one another. I also have pictures of them together (these pictures are just of the two of them standing together in the presence of other people), some pictures are selfies (which are seductive in nature, but that's a subjective interpretation), while some pictures are of private body parts. On one occassion (there could have been others) there is a screen shot of a video chat, where the main screen is that of a male private part, and in the bottom corner is a small picture of my wife naked. I also have several screen shots of a conversation with an uncle, who my wife turns to for fatherly advice. The conversation is a decent one with no graphic content, but the discussion is clearly about her having an extra marital affair. Other than this I do not have any videos or phone recordings.
Given the limited amount of evidence I have, what kind of a case can be built?
