Probate and will execution

Respected Sir/s,
2 different wills executed on the same day.,both in different languages. Which one shall be considered for Probate?

Waiting for judgement

2017 I wrote TRB exam for teacher and failed in one mark cut off and then I found key given by TRB board is wrong and I filled case on school director. Mr. Raja sir heared all the details and gave 2 marks and said he will give judgement within a week and postponed the case on 8/12/2017 but till today case status shows pending and judgement is not issued. More than 6 month over and still waiting for judgement. If I ask my lawyer he says always within a week it will be over. What shall I do on my side to bring the case for hearing?

Property under senior citizen 2007 act

Sir

My Mother died in 1995 without executing will. Our house was purchased on mother's Name. I have no brother & Sister. In 2012 this property was first transferred 50:50 between my Father & myself. After that My Father transferred his 50% share on my Name by registry in Blood relation. Proper mutation was done. Now my father has applied to Deputy Commissioner under Senior Citizenship Act 2007 that this Entire Property be rolled Back on his name as this was transferred on the basis of Blood relation.
Please tell me whether he can roll back 100 % Property or his 50 % share?

Whether or not to withdraw rcr and file for talaq/divorce

Sir, I have been married in 2015...and the bride hardly stayed for about 2-3 months...her father's frequent involvement in my marriage issues has widened the gap to such an extent that she used to frequently visit her parents house and now in the disguise of delivery for child has stayed back for nearly 3 years and for returning back is laying condition that I should take separate residence and fulfill all her demands...I approached qazi and masjid community people to involve and settle amicably ..upon failure I resorted to put rcr by advise of qazi as my father in law threatened qazi..and masjid people......she retaliated rcr with 498a and 125crpc..iam having 2 yrs daughter for which she never let me allow to get closer..... now .rcr case is now about 6 months old...I am just like married bachelor...I want to get rid of this...my question is whether I can file for divorce /talaq after withdrawing rcr at this stage.as I do not find rcr useful at this stage........my trial of 125 is already begun.....pls help me...and advise me....it's been more than 3 years of suffering..my sisters marriage proposal is at stake...

Documents needed to make pan in the name of a school

How do I make a PAN in the name of a school?
The school is in existence for the last 10+ years.
There is a bank account in the name of the school from which salaries are being given.
What documents do I need to make a PAN in the name of this school?
Is it enough to provide the bank passbook as a document?

Employer is not Paying

Hello Everyone,

Greetings!

Actually i have joined a company in jan 2018, When i got selected i have asked for offer letter or joining letter but he just sent the confirmation mail just by saying we'll provide u later, I had a doubt on company that's why i have regularly asked for documents but they delayed, when i was working they don't have any fixed timings, different rules for payments or salaries, & even they don't pay salary on time, so nothing was good their. & When i asked for support in ramazan that i need to go for iftaar they directly refused. I have told them it'll be difficult for me to work in this condition. They told me to that they're terminating so i have agreed. I have asked for documents they refused, then i told them to send termination mail, but they told me they'll do it later. I had wait for 2 days but they didn't send any mail so i have mail the termination discussion details to my boss in which every conditions are mentioned like salary, documents, time duration but they didn't respond on mail
then i left the company & joined somewhere else. Now its almost 30 days i have continuously calling & mailing but they are not responding even they have blocked me from WhatsApp. Because of shortage of time i wasn't able to visit office.

As the time for eid is coming i have sent a message in flock (Basically an app for corporate like WhatsApp) which has been installed from the working days.
Now they are saying i have hacked & they will file against me & also refused for salary.

Please suggest something good that i can compensate my salary without delay.

I have these proofs:
1. Asking for documents (Mail to HR & Boss) with 1 reminder (Screenshot)
2. Self termination mail in which all the discussion which happened at the termination time was there. (Mail & Screenshot)
3. Delay in salary details (Statement)
4. Follow up(call details, screenshots & Msgs, Mails)
5. Link that'll prove i didn't hack any server. (Basically a flock app link which came on mobile to install & use)

Sunni hanafi law of inheritance

In our partition Suit still pending.. Grandmother survived by only 2 daughters, who are also dead, one daughter survived by a Son and other daughter's son also died and survived by 2 daughters and only son predeceased her with predeceased sons Son and daughter.. Please determine the shares of Grandson, Grandson's 2 daughters and predeceased sons children as per Sunnni hanafi law As per Hanafi law 2 daughters are entitled for 2/3rd share jointly as sharers and predceased Sons and daughter are entitle as residuaries for remaining 1/3rd. Question: One of the daughter Son also died and he is survived by only 2 daughters and no Male child, Since Sunni law is male dominant, How the share allotment changes ? For example..A grand mother Mubeen since dead survived by 2 daughters Afreen and samreen , Afreen since dead and survived by her heir a son Afsar and Samreen survived by son Rafeeq who also died and survived by 2 daughters simran and Kamran and Children of predeceased Son namely Azhar and sameena

Promissory note
