I have another doubt relating with my husband biagamy case. Till now judgement not delivered in court. Then how is it possible for request of clarification if judgement. They didn't call me for judgement and also clarification.

In 2000, my mother purchased house as per the pre decree dated on 1998 from all the share holder of the house and the party of appeal but one of the party went to high court in appeal on 1998 and appeal get pending. In 2015 one of the share holder file for final decree and plender comissioner come to measure the house but adjound. My mother file objection in sub judge but judge pass order that my mother is third party and she purchase during the pendency of suit.

Sir, I am 62 and drawing pension INR 41,000.00 per month (including Dearness Pension) from Central Pension Accounting Office (CPAO). I have a residential flat (1124 sft built-up area) in District Thane, Maharashtra (PIN 421601). With this details I would like to go for home loan from bank. The proposed flat would be in Pune. If a person working in UAE has arrest warrant in India on a family case. But his address is unknown in India (not aware), so the court is unable to trace him. so the execution is pending since last 4 years. What can be done. I have his mobile number of UAE and he is active in Facebook, is there a way I can find him as court is asking to provide correct address to reach out the arrest warrant or arrest him directly. Can you please help?

Joint power of atorney
Dear Sir,
I have father who is a senior citizen and who has recently operated for foot finger. We have a matter that is going in lower courts. I want to take power of attorney from my father to represent on his behalf - that is myself and my wife. In case if I am not available than my wife can represent on my father behalf. What is the meaning of phrase jointly and severally in power of attorney document. Please reply.
