Mai mere family k sath pichale 20 years see Mumbai Mai rehata hu.Garmiyo ki chhutiyo or kisi functions Mai family k sath mere gaav uttar Pradesh jate hai.Ham 2 Bhai hai,Chota Bhai uski family or pita ji k sath gaav rahata hai,sabch thik chal Raha tha but achhanak October 2017 Mai mujhe maloom pada ki mere pitaji ne property ki sari vasihat mere Bhai or usaki patani k Naam KR Diya hai..Mai gaav Gaya kafi baat vivad k baad vasihat change hua or mujhe property ka 30% Mila mere pass kuch dusara vikalp nahi tha kyuki pita ji chote Bhai k hi favour Mai hai...but ab wo mujhe dhamaki de Raha hai ki Mai sab property registry krwane ja Raha hu ..tumko kuch nahi dunga..sir mujhe bataye is case Mai kuch Kar sakate hai Kya please guide me sir..Mai Mumbai Mai hi rahata hu ...mere pass 4 bachhe hai ..

Respected expert I want to ask that why court refuse compromise in this case if it is happened once by a non criminal background person
Actually my brother has been charged under theft and amount also recovered within 1 hours by police . He has sent to jail and district court did not give bail and after 7 month my brother has punished by 2 years of imprisonment. Now our neighbors and we want compromise but court refuse it what to do plzz suggest

Dear Experts, our building got redeveloped as per the redevelopment agreement signed in june 2011 and builder given incomplete docs handover and building not as per the approved plan in march 2016. we sent many notice and letters to builder to handover the original redevelopment agreement and to complete the pending issues. but toll date he didnot revert to any of the letters. but now we came to know from our source that, builder took loan of 2cr from pnb in jan 2016 by submitted original redevelopment agreement to bank and mortgaging flat no 602 and 102 which are unsold.
is this valid as bank crated mortgage on the above flats without society noc?
does this a valid mortgage of property without having individual title deed of the flats of 102 and 602?
does only registered mortgage deed execution between bank and builder is valid for such mortgage creation on the flat no 102 and 602?
can society lien mark the above flat based on the banks request now?

MC of a C.H.S.in Pune, where I have purchased a flat 5 years ago, refuses to enroll me as a member even after application, paid all charges/fee for transfer and they denied to issue share certificate, additionally the MC is claiming allotted parking space as a common area of the society. In fact, the society has occupied my parking and removed the parking number paint. How do i recover the same.I have registered an NC with the nearest PS, but of no help. Do I file a private complaint under 200 or 156 (3) of Cr.P.C. Kindly advice.

I had income from professional services (consultancy in IT) amounting to around INR 5 lacs. Also I had earnings from interest (FDs and Savings account) amounting to around INR 2.5 lacs. Should I use ITR 3 or ITR 4s?

Sir, I want to know that am I eligible for pay protection.
I took technical resignation from Central Govt. organisation with G.P. 2400/- for the service of 1 year 6 months service where my probation isn't completed and I joined Delhi Jal board with G.P. 1900/-.
1) Is the completion of probation required for pay protection.
2) Is any clause of pay protection for higher to lower grade pay.
3) Is any clause of pay protection from Central Govt. on Technical resignation and join Delhi govt. on direction recruitment without interview.

Hello experts
my self swethadam,basically am from adilabad but we settled in hyderabad since 10 years.3 years ago i got married my husband lives in USA after marriage he went to USA..til now he did not procesed for me to take with him.now he is not talking to me properly. I dont know his USA addres.his parents lives in india.can i file a criminal case against his parents becoz i have no other chance to get him.even his parents also not talking with me.please suggest correct process

With due respect I would like to asking you that as I was worked as a Medical Representative in a Pharma Company and I resigned. The reason behind was that company put huge pressure on me to resign and under that pressure I resigned.but my question is that what are the benefits I will be eligible from company or could I challenge my resignation?
