मेरे दादाजी के तरफ ५ एकर और ३० एकर जमीन थी. मेरे पिताजी को उन्होने वह जमीन दे दि थी. पिताजीके तीन भाई, २ बहन और माताजी ने १९८७ मे रु. ५ के स्टॅम्प पर "हक्क छोड लेख" २ साक्षीदार के सामने लिखवाकर दिया.
लेकिन १९८७ मे कोई गव्हर्नमेंट रजिस्ट्रेशन प्रणाली ना होणे कि वजह से उन्होने कुछ प्रोसेस नही कि.
अब सण २०१८ मे ७/१२ मे सभी वारस के नाम नजर आ रहे है. दोनो साक्षीदार तथा एक बहन जीवित है बाकी सब मर चुके है
आप से यह विनंती है कि हम सभी वारस के नाम कैसे हटाये.
क्या हम पिताजी कि जीवित बहन तथा दोनो साक्षीदारोंका "ऍफेडीवीत" अभी करवाते है तो क्या तहसीलदार को अँप्लिकेशन करके सभी वारस के नाम उतरवा सकते है

Hello experts my self swethadam,basically am from adilabad but we settled in hyderabad since 10 years.3 years ago i got married my husband lives in USA after marriage he went to USA..til now he did not procesed for me to take with him.now he is not talking to me properly. I dont know his USA addres.his parents lives in india.can i file a criminal case against his parents becoz i have no other chance to get him.even his parents also not talking with me.please suggest correct process

Can a party to a contract demand Liquidated Damages after it has terminated the contract due to undue delay?
Is there any case law regarding the same?

Dear experts,
we have filed first appeal u/s 96 CPC against the order of ADJ before High court and our appeal is dismissed by the high court now i want to know whether we need to move to DB of high court or we go under SLP and which one is better.
Also please tell the time limit to appeal before DB of the High court against single judge order.

My uncle is accused in a case where in lower civil court has filed a case on him under section 467/468/471 for submitting a forged & fabricated document of deputy director consolidation. This document is not been submitted by him in court nor he has applied in consolidation office for such documents. But during a trial of my civil title appeal this document has been submitted on my uncle's behalf & he has been falsely alleged in the case. His regular bail is been cancelled by the Lower & session court. We have filed a regular bail in High court & he is been in custody from last 95 days. Will the High court consider his bail as he is 70 years old & already in jail from last 95 days.

Hi All,
I am about to file divorce case in court. I want to travel to foreign for official purpose for few months. Will my visa b denied in case my divorce proceedings are in court? Do I need to take any permission from court to travel out of country? My visit is not expected to be more than 3-6 Months.

Hello learned,
In the cross examination witness being asked question regarding ownership of I –phone apple in replied he(witness) denied that he has not any such kind of the phone and he showed another phone before the court.
Now it was found from the face book account of that witness that he had put this i-phone apple phone photo graph in his face book post. how can refer this face book page in the cross examination.
Can I open his page in laptop before court and refer to him ? in cross examination like we refer documents which were not produced as D.E.
Note :- further cross examination is pending

Actually,we are leaving in 12 story building which is currently under Builder authority still, not society formed yet.
And now one of the flat owner (At FIRST FLOOR) which is stayig exactly at below my flat (i.e. on SECOND FLOOR) has placed Metal Patra sheet in his open to sky terrace i.e. very nxt to our bedroom window of Flat.
And because of this PAtra shed we are facing below issues -
1. We are not able to sleep in bedroom due to hard bad noise in rainy season as water continuously tapping on metal Patra shed.
2. Also our view get distracted due to this shed, as it is covered big area in front of my bedroom window.
3. Cleanliness also impacted due to dust and bird dirt over PAtra shed, so health is impacted
4. Safety is also impacted as anyone can easily access my flat at 2nd Floor through this PAtra shed placed at first floor.
So this type of issues we are facing badly.
We are discussing this issue with builder and owner to resolve this issue, but they are not getting understand our issues which we facing badly and not taking any action. And because of this issue from last 2 weeks we are not able to sleep in bedroom at all and also all time we need to bear with Dirtyness over Metal sheet all time in bedroom.
So my question, whether such type of Metal hard PAtra shed allowed at Terrace to place? IS it legal? Also who need to be responsible for this as per Property law? Because here are 5 building in our society of 400 + flats.
What further action we need to take to resolve our issue, as Builder and flat owner not taking any action?

My father took a loan in 2005 and it becomes N.P.A. next year due to non-payment of the same loan due to weak financial conditions of my father. Now my father passed away 3 years ago. I am minor at that time. I have no documents related to that loan. How I ask for the documents related to the Loan from the Bank. Orally I have demanded for the same but they can't give me yet. How I do ask in writing. Suggest a way.
