Termination of leave & license agreement

We are running our business since the last 10 years from a premises which we have taken on a leave & license agreement. The initial agreement had a lockin period of three years. the agreement was recently renewed in 2017 and is registered and valid till 2021, however it does not have any lockin period. The termination clause states that " any party can terminate at three months notice". The land lord wants to terminate the agreement because he is getting a higher rent. We have invested a lot of capital in renovation, licenses, Since its a marriage hall, we have taken bookings for 18 months from now also. What is the legal way out.

Termination order

Sir , I am at a senior position in a Pvt sector Bank and was put under PIP (performance improvement plan) in Dec 2017 due to hostility of my superior towards me.
My management was asking me to resign at the completion of my PIP period which I did not and was asking for a compensation for left over years of salary and waiver of outstanding housing loan before I resign. They insisted me to resign first and then discuss on the compensation issue.

On my not resigning they sent me a termination order 5 days ago on 26th June on my e mail. The original letter is yet to be received by post. Currently I am on medical leave and not attending my office. We have a provision of APPEAL to our MD / Chairman .
Please advise what I need to do . Should I wait for the letter to come by post ? should I attend office or remain on leave and make an appeal to MD.

Is termination order recd on e mail has any legal value.

Thanks

Agri property under 79 a/b of karnataka

Hi
I recently purchased an agriculture land in Karnataka in my wife's name. My mother comes from an agriculture family, my grandfather had lands registered in his name. I have the current RTCs and the RTCs from prior to 1973 still in my grandfather name. I got a family tree done from my grandfather, my parents and my family.
I assumed that my mother coming from a agri family and possesing RTC, i and my wife are eligible to buy lands in karnataka. Now they have put it under 79AB in the AC court. our combined income for the last couple of years is below 25L, while it was more about 3 years ago.
Please advise me on this issue.

Arbitration section 34

As an Award of 2015 has since been adjudicated u/s 34 by an ADJ in Haryana with participation by both parties from 2015 till Jan 2018 when the same was partly set aside for modification of rate of interest in terms of The MSMED Act, 2006, what application under what section of Arb &Conc Act,1996 can be moved before another ADJ in Andhra Pradesh, where similar petition u/s 34 (filed after the notice from Haryana ADJ) had been filed by Award Debtor (JD) for dismissal / closure of that later filed petition u/s 34 in respect of the SAME Award ?

Is probate required to sue the builder

can the builder make such argument at Consumer Court that the claim of Complainant is not admissible on the grounds of absence of Probate.

Builder had entered into agreement with my grandmother and my grandmother is no more
There is a dispute relating to flat and I (legal heir as per WILL) have filed a petition at Consumer Court.
I have a WILL which is Notarised (certified by doctor and two witnesses)
Is probate required to Sue the opposite party for non performance of Contract
I guess as per section 2 of Consumer Protection Act, Complainant can be Consumer or Legal heir/representative of Deceased Consumer.

Privity of contract - builder - consumer court

Builder 1 had redeveloped our building and agreed to provide me building on the same plot. After we vacated our flat, He entered into development agreement with other Builder (hereinafter Builder 2) and he gave development rights to the said builder. he mentioned in the agreement that all the liability of old occupants will be of builder 1 and not new builder 2. he also mentioned a false statement that builder 1 has provided Alternate accommodation to old occupants (not True). Now at National Commission the new builder 2 states that there is no Privity of Contract between him and old occupants.. Can anyone help me on this topic.
