Hi im preethi in my birth certificate my mom's name is written as Rekha and in all her records including our ration card its bhuvaneswari . can u please suggest me some ways for my mom's name change in my birth certificate

You can change your name by a declaration of notarized affidavit of change of name and same should be published in one national news paper and the other one in vernacular language. Thereafter, your new name will be continued to call whereas, what has been your previous name will continue in your earlier transactions.
