I HAD AN QUERY REGARDING MERGER OF TWO PRIVATE LIMITED COMPANIES
IN MY CASE THE NCLT DELHI HAS PASSED ORDER OF FIRST MOTION ON 23.05.2018 WHEREIN ALL THE MEETINGS HAVE BEEN DISPENSED.
I KEPT WAITING FOR THE FIRST COPY OF THE ORDER BUT IT NEVER REACHED TO ME TILL DATE
NOW ON 06.07.2018, I GOT CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE ORDER BY MAKING DUE FEE
NOW I HAVE BEEN TOLD THAT I AM LATE IN FILLING THE PAPERS OF SECOND MOTION FOR APPROVAL OF THE SCHEME OF AMALGAMATION, WHICH I WAS TO FILE IN 7 DAYS FROM THE ORDER.
PLEASE ADVISE DO I NEED TO MOVE AN APPLICATION FOR CONDONATION OF DELAY OR NOT
SECONDLY MY DELAY IS IN GETTING THE CERTIFIED TRUE COPY OF THE ORDER
OR
I AM DELAY IN SUBMITTING THE SECOND MOTION PAPERS BEFORE NCLT
IF I NEED TO FILE APPLICATION OF DELAY THEN PLEASE GIVE ME DRAFT OF CONDONATION OF DELAY APPLICATION

Dear sir,
I was working for Sopan O&M Company Pvt. Ltd. for almost 2 and half month as Mechanical Engineer (Lead). Due to some personal reasons i had to resign from the company and in my last month i had worked for 15 days of May 2018. And now i am asking them to issue my 15 days salary they are not issuing it giving reason that I did not complete notice period. Even after send the resignation letter, they did not tell me any notice period. But the fact is I was on probation period and I did not have any notice period for it and even they did not give me an appointment letter. I have only my bank statements, and mail statements so please advise me how I will get my salary from that company.
Please help me with the same what should i do because I cannot leave the lot of hard earned money. I don�t want to leave my salary.

sir, I got a seat in the central university of Karnataka in IMA ECONOMICS and the classes were started on 2/7/2018 the university has an accommodation facility and them for students and asked them for hostel facility and they replied me that
*we provide hostel merit basis and reservation basics
*you can stay out at somewhere and you can attend the classes
sir, I don't know anyone in and outside the campus sir,
and I belong s to general category (and ebc) sir I cant effort the outside hostel sir
sir is there any way to get hostel accommodation please let me known sir

I'm purchasing a flat from the builder. Builder claims it to be from his share of flats.The division of the flats between builder and the landlord is not clearly defined in the development agreement cum power of attorney between the builder and the landlord. What precautions I need to take to ensure that builder isn't selling me a flat from the landlord's share?

I am a student in central university of karnataka *ug* I am a fresher I am from Telangana, medak
Sir I have not got the hostel accommodation in the university but the classes were started at 2/7/18 as per the academic calendar of university I don't know we're to stay I don't know any one in the university and Outside of the university
I went to. To the campus on 3/7/18. And met the concern person who allots the hostel
( Dean of students welfare) central university of karnataka
I got the below. Reaply
We provide hostel by merit basics� & reservation basis
And I requested them but there are not responding properly
I belong lo general Category I am an Economically Backward person and I can't effort the outside Hostel sir
Sir is there any possibility to get hostel accommodation legally

Hi Experts,
A failed marriage and then 498a with DP act 3 & 4 in our City and then DV and Maintenance cases in her City in a different state.
I have had the worst phase of my life even though I never took a penny and full marriage expense was mine. I think facing a murder trail may be better than these cases and whole family and relatives are implicated just like that. I don't know when men will have their rights restored in this nation.
Coming to the cases, we have reached a settlement agreement.
I'll be paying half the agreed amount to her to remove the cases at her place first and the remaining half for the cases in our city - 498a and mutual consent divorce.
Now I need your expert advice on how to go about for the 498a with DP 3 & 4 and the mutual consent divorce.
I believe the 498a with DP is non-compoundable and hence Sec.320 will not apply (correct me). Does the Sec.482 in HC work for this?
Only chargesheet filed and no charges framed yet as one of the accused has got a STAY in HC and is lying there static.
I believe I have to approach the HC for the 498a with DP. How does this work here?
1. Does mediation apply here?
2. Does the HC treat this as a normal trial and call the complainant for her reply or evidence etc
3. What about the divorce, do we need to go to family court for this or can be obtained in HC itself along with the 498a removal/quash.
I want t divide the remaining half amount for 498a and Divorce, please suggest me how to go about it and when to pay the amount so that we are not stuck in cases while she has got the full settlement amount.

Sir,
Qtrs was allotted to a central govt official in chennai. He was staying with his wife in that Qtrs. Subsequently he applied for divorcing his wife in family court chennai. Afterwards he was transferred to Bangalore and the estate officer directed him to vacate the Qtrs as he was transferred. He was ready to vacate but his wife refused and obtained stay on the eviction order in the H'ble High court chennai as it is part of her maintenance. The Govt employee went to Madras CAT and obtained permission to draw HRA or apply for fresh Qtrs in the new place irrespective of t he high court order to be issued on this subject. Then the official was transferred to chennai again. The incumbant's knowing his previous history had asked for clarification about the Qtrs alloted to him and the estate officer clarified the Qtrs is still in his name and the official not eligible for HRA. Then the incumbant's 's office did not pay for his tenure . The official was transferred to Vijayawada.
Whether official's chennai office decision not to pay HRA to him is correct or not?
If HRA was to be paid him for his tenure in chennai who is responsible for the revenue loss to the govt? His spouse still occupying his Qtrs in Chennai and the divorce case in family court in Chennai. How the central govt office which was innocently traped in this case can come out with out any revenue loss? Please advise. Ganesh S

Sale deed
My grandfather had 5 sons A,B,C,D,E. grandfather died without making a will. the agriculture land got transferred to the name of 5 sons A,B,C,D,E according to law. by mutually concern they all divided the land of their own without making any documentation. now few years later 4 of them (A,B,C,D) died. now the problem creates from the here .the C's son's wife(she is widow) sold their share of agriculture land to D's son's wife without NOC from E(who is still alive). now E wants to redivide the remaining land as A's and B's family members already sold their share of agriculture land outside the family. E wants to redivide the remaining agriculture land which is 3/5. is that possible?.is it possible that E can cancel the sale deed made by C's son's wife.i am in confusion please help me out.i am from UP.
