I would like to know, if a woman after 22nd week of pregnency finds out that the foetus is suffering from a critical heart disease and shall never lead a normal life and she appeals for abortion, shall the honourable court allow her?

Sale of second hand car by a BPO company.

Dear All,

Please clarify if VAT is applicable in case of sale of a car owned by a BPO company.
The company is based in Andhra Pradesh.
The vehicle is owned by the company and is being used by the company. Now the company has identified a buyer who is quoting a better price and descided to sell the vehicle.

My query: is VAT applicable on this sale?
If so at what rate?

Deed for Transfer of Property

Good Morning.
Chattisarh Govt. Education Department gave us a letter if we can build a small school building for children. They have given us letter of authority by which they have specified the site where it is to be built. We have built a small building at a cost of Rs. 8.50 lakhs and wish to hand over the same to State Govt. We have done it under the Corporate Social Responsibility (CRS).

Kindly advice how to transfer this property. Which type of deed (Gift) is to be executed and is it to be registered, whether stamp duty is required if so how much .
