Is there any restriction regarding minimum number of employees so as to attract Bonus act.

Minimum no of employees is 20 but govt can reduce the number fo employees to minimum 10 for its applicability by a notification

As per Bonus act 1956:- Following conditions must b fulfilled :

1) the organisation must b a factory
2) Minimum no of employees is 20
3) if the Minimum no of employees is below 20 then to govt can notify certain organisations under the applicability of bonus act.
4)atleast a minimum no of 10employee must be there.
