Respected Seniors,
In a cheque dishonour case which was posted for trial, on that day Complainant and his advocate are not presented to the Court due to unavaidable circumstances.
Then the Court passed an order as "Complainant called absent, No representation, Complaint dismissed for default".
In the above circumstances the complainant whether file a petition for restoration of the said Complaint before the District Court or High Court.
If it is possible for restoration before the District Court please refer some citations to that effect.

is there any differnce between the terms case and suit? i tried to find in some law dictionaries but couldn't understand the difference.

I filed a complainant us 138 of NI Act after dishonour a cheque of Rs. 5,00000/- Court allowed my complaint & in addition with fine & one year imprisonment ordered for compensation of Rs. 5,00000/- now plz tell me how can i recover this compensation amount from accused.Thanx

I am very much interested in pursuing a course on fingerprint and handwriting expert course. I like to become a recognized/ authorised fingerprint and handwriting professional. To become so what course I have to study. Where the said course is provided ? If under distance education it will be better for me. Anyone having details about the same please share with me.

Dear Sir,
We have shop with my uncle as coowner
and he has been receiving rent for past
10 yrs as he is a senior member in our family. Now, Last year , I sent a notice
to the tenant to give my share to me directly and but it is no vain.
so, I filed a eviction suit against him and pending and still he is forwarding the
Rent payment to my uncle.
Pleas advice me how to stop the payment.

Does it get any exemption in property tax.

Thanks for reply. am highly oblighed. Sir Bail has been already granted on condition of 6 lakhs rs as an deposit which is next to impossible for me and my inlaws to arrange. we are unble to relaese because of the same conditions led by Gujarat High Court. Kindly guide us how can we go ahead in the same condition.

One mechanicaly defected truck was parked on highway without having indicators blown, one Maruti Car collided with it and persons in car got injured.

how chargesheet will be sent.
