Dear All,
Pls let me know-- in case of subsistence of arbitration clause in an agreement questioned under a pending civil suit, can a court compel to the parties for approaching the arbitrator or its discretionary?

if a criminal discloses certain facts not with the intension to defame other but to share his experience and some channel make a serial on it with his consent (that of criminal)
1 wt the person so defamed can do?
2 wt compensation/ damages he can ask for?
3 wt sec will be his support?
4 can he will take the action agaist both - criminal and tv channel ?

if a person with the intension to thread someone carries a pistal with him to his house. but in a heated conversation fire a bullet on the plaitiff who in order to save himself jumps from the balcony and bullet so fired hit him on his leg but died becuse of falling from height
wt sections can save him
if u r on the plaintiff's side

the owner is spinster-sr.citizen &staying away with relative on health gr.In her absence a couple has tresspassed into the appartment-neither ready to vacate/purchase nore ready to pay compansation(rent).because of age(80+)&delays in getting justice she decided to sell the ppty.as-is-where-is basis to which she has received an offer.i would like to know terms should be included in the DEED to avoide troubles(?)in future.

Sir, I have been scamed by International orgn and lost money.Their representatives and bank accounts available in delhi.Kindly advice how CBI will advice to reach them and blast their network ,who are attached with them in delhi so other indian save their money.
