the landlady is share-holder of plot-ownersco-op hsg.socty.in 1990 she gave her plot for to a developer on "devmnt.agrmnt."{Rs.20/-ppr.not regstered.}the bldg.was completed in 1994.total-14apartments.landlady got 2aptmnts.free in lieu of her ppty.she has only possession letter-no agrmnt. my sister purchased 1-aptmnt.from devper.on "Agrmnt,for sale"-stamp-duty paid ®sration done immediately.Till today Appmnt.declaration is pending because landlady has no agrmnt.of her 2-apprmnts.hence no stampduty is paid;{.this is as per devper's opinion] now my sister has decided to sell her Apprmnt.&has found a purchser.his lawyer is saying since she dose'nt have "Sale deed" either she requires "ConfirmationDeed' from devlper or have to pay stamp duty-{?defecient].kindly advise.also let me know whether landlady is liable to pay stamp duty since she has not purchased her Apprmnts. her name still reflacts in PPTY.CARD.

My Father bought some property in the name of my sister when she is 3 years old.Sale deed is in the name of my sister.Now my sister is major and she is trying to sell the property.I need experts valuable opinion.1.What is the nature of the property ? 2. Is it self earned or ancestral? 3.Is my sisters children can claim equal share in the property? 4.Is my father have the right to claim back the property? Is nature of the property changes according to the conveyance?

Respected Expert, I got one case in which my client had stolen some diomond where he works price of 6000.The factory manager had alredy enter the F.I.R.. according to my client he had done this first time and never in past.he further more added that the factory manager reduce the rate of his salary last three month without any suggestion. and it is difficult to survive his family in that salary. and he never left the service because of perticular now in dimond condition.
now please guide me how i protect my client better?

Dear Sir/ Friends
I have filed an application (Service matter) in the filing counter of the CAT and I was informed that the application is not in format as prescribed in the format .However I filed them in accordance with the rules but the same was returned to me and I was to write the headings over each paragraph such as limitation,jurisdiction,,grounds,relief,interim relief. What I think that the same was done in intentional manner as the such rules are not there in other courts .I have corrected the defects as advised by the clerk/assistant .If such person keeps on pointing out such trifling defects what will be the remedy left for me ? Please help me

Our being joint family.Our uncle and my dad live together from thirty years. they dont have any property from there father .everything is being created by both of them. my uncle has made a decree order that everthing created by me only and for sake I have made some property in brother name. and my dad has signed the decreee oder before district court . Now we are living seperatly from my uncle .Now i come to know abount this decree oreder after one year. how can I legally chllane thi order plase guide me.

Need advice from experts on the following issue
Recently about a month ago on way to office had encountered a minor incident where someone(in car)wanted to overtake my car from left causing almost an accident which i reacted by not allowing him to overtake and driving slowly in the center of the narrow lane.
The guy overtook and blocked the road right in front of my car before jumping out an kicking on my windshield and window glass. As an act of defence, i pulled out a plastic cost hanger in my car, opened the window and hit him on his hand.
By this time, the road was blocked and hence the guy went his way and i too did the same.
I just realized 2 days back, that the guy had taken a doctor certificate on that particular day that his hand was hurt badly due to teh hanger hit, and filed an FIR under section 324 for which i was taken to station and had to be bailed out by family.
The police state, that the chargeseet would be filed in court and will try and ask the guy who complained to meet me to do a settlement.
Request your help on what are my options now Since i had not lodged a compliant that day thinking it was a minor road rage issue and more so since it was his fault
Will this FIR always feature against my name
Is there any way that i could get this issue closed.

Divorce & maintenance
Mine is marriage petition pending in the court since 5 years, for 4 yrs and 3 months my husband was paying me maintenance now since my lawyer has resigned from her law firm she is not appearing for the case, my husband has stopped paying maintenance since then that is 9 months, the case has now been transferred to the fast track court, and my husband & his lawyer has not been appearing since the 3 hearings and when our current lawyer called my husbands lawyer they pleaded ignorance of the matter being transferred to fast track court, even the judge has decided to give my husbands lawyer a notice intimating the transfer of the case to fast track though a notice was put up about the transfer in the previous court, my lawyer also seems not argue properly, even my husbands lawyer has not conducted my cross examination since the last 3 years. Please advice Iam really suffering a lot .
