can any one provide me a judgment for a pro. issue is whether a party who is a defendent in a suit is supporting the plaintiff in the written statement cannot be said to have an interest in conflict with that of the plaintiff, he has there fore no right to cross examine the plaintiff.

Partition Deed Unregistered

Hi, My grandfather, grandmother, father & 2 uncles has made a partition deed of properties acquired by grandfather from ancestors. My grandfather has dies and the deed is not registered. What is the impact of the same? And what are my rights on the property as a Grandson.
