hello sir,
my great grand father was non farmer and in 1953 my great grand father had purchased one land with partnership with gunot (Charan). during the registration mamladar found that he is non farmer and he charged him fine of Rs-1 as per rule 84A and registered his name as farmer and my great grandfather name was there is 7/12, after the deth of my great grand father my grand father and his one brother and one sister name added as per "varsai" but during that time Charan (Partner of land) file objection for this varsai but mamlad refuse his objection and entered my grand father name in 7/12..
in 2013 my grand father wants to entered our name in this property in their presence but when we apllied for that the charan again file objection by telling that this land was purchased by his father from my grand father with out any proof and our name was not entered in 7/12, we file complain against mamladar to collector office but rejected by telling my great grand father was non farmer and ordered to remove all our name from 7/12.. we gone to gandhinagar against this verdict but regected...
now we want to go to high court but not sure as per low we are correct or not please guide me about bombay revenue act

We are get married without informing to our families in a temple later we stayed in our homes, because we wanted to convince our parents and start our married life. No photo proofs are there, only two priests are there and two temple workers are evidence to our marriage. The priest given marriage certificate, chaultry booking receipt with his signature and he is ready to tell about our marriage in the court. Six months back her father expired and their family shifted to other town. After that I went to foreign but we both are in phone contact. Before we married, her family members not accepted our love so we decided to marry and married on 28th February 2017, but we didn't stayed together after our marriage, when I was in abroad one day she called and said she told about our marriage to her uncles then they told her to not to use phone and never contact me. After that I didn't get any call from my wife. I came to india and enquired about her with her friends, finally I called to her brothers but they didn't responded and they scolded me rudely. They given police complaint through my wife that I am giving torture to her family members. I went police station and explained everything but the police told it's women's case, you don't have evidence about it marriage don't spoil it life, give written letter that you won't contact any of her family members. I given written letter and came. As a husband, lover it's not possible to live without her so after 3 months again I contacted her brothers to spoke with my wife. But again they filed complaint on me. Now I am not getting what to do. I want to meet my wife, I want to live with her. As I guess, Her family members emotionally blackmailed her that they will die if she won't give complaint on me and also they might be readied her that she don't want to stay with me, So she given complaint and her uncles are politically very influenced person's. Is our marriage is valid or not? Can anyone suggest what should I do now?

Can a wife seek help of RTI (Right to information) act in a Domestic Violence court case, to collect income related information, or any other information pertaining to husband?

Dear Members,
I filed one appeal for the enhancement of the claim petition, under Motor Vehicles Act, before the Hon'ble High Court and during the pendency of the appeal, the same was referred to the Permanent Lok Adalat of the Hon'ble High Court and upon the effective hearing before Lok Adalat the appeal was withdrawn by me, as the judgment of the Apex Court is against at that relevant time.
After the withdrawal of the appeal, I came to know that some unreported judgment was passed by the Hon'ble High Court in dealing with the same issue and the same was upheld till the Apex Court.
Thereafter, I filed the application for REVIVAL OF THE MAIN APPEAL as per SECTION 151 OF CPC, by annexing the relevant judgments (detailed one) before the Hon'ble High Court and the same is now being listed before the LOK ADALAT as the appeal was withdrawn there and now the members of the LOK ADALAT raised a query that bring SOME LAW/JUDGMENT by which we can restore your appeal by keeping in mind that LOK ADALAT CAN RESTORE AN APPEAL AS THE ORDER WAS PASSED IN TERMS OF LEGAL SERVICES AUTHORITY ACT.
I find the judgments but that will say that if the appeal was withdrawn in the COURT then the same can be restored as per the judgment I given, so kindly help me in this regard.

Complainant filed a complaint against accused for the offence punishbl under sec 138 of NI Act......
My question is... complainant advocate sent a demand notice to accused .complainant advocate and complainant both didnt sign on legal notice..i got certified copies of legal notice from the court...under these circumstances whether this 138 case is maintainable? Any citations supporting for accused

My is Mohammad manzoor Alam i am a Bihar Based person who working here In Gulf since 1993 till now
1, i was buy a build home in Bihar where some part registered in my wife and some of my name.
2, One free hold land i was buy in my wife name and some of in son name (when i was buy this plot my son wa minor)
so, now they sold my property and buy a new property In Delhi (on power of atornny)
My question is , do i get my property back or the amount which is sold by them
do i get out my only one son from my both house or do i declaired my son from my property.

I worked with retail store company for 1 year , i resingned 3 months before by mail and was ready to serve 45 days notice period but my senior insisting me and force me to resign eirler so i request to HR on same mail to relieve me earler , They done all the leaving formalities and all ,Now they are saying , I have served short notice period so that why they cut cut the salary .. Please suggest me what i can do insuch condition.

Whether my domestic help (not having blood relations) can be nominated for my insurance policy so as to get the accrued benefits after my demise? My other legal heirs viz my wife and two daughters have already been nominated in other insurance policies.

Accident case
Hi Team, I was driving on Taj express Highway and there was a Maruti Alto car running in front of me with a speed of more then 120KM/Hr. All of a sudden it's passenger side Tyre blasted and it started swinging and till the time , i could understand any thing,my car banged with it. It was a Major accident and the two people traveling in the front car lost there lives.
We were saved as we were wearing seat belts and the air bags opened up.The car was completely damaged.
The police came , took us to PGI where we were discharged after first aid. The was was taken to police station.The police inspector told us to call him back after 5-6 days so that he will tell us what to do.
Finally after a week when we called the inspector, he called us back and said that the FIR has been filed by the opposite party and now i have to take a bail from police station and court. He charged me with 279,338,427 and 304A.
We still have to go to court for getting the release order for the car.
I fell he has charged me wrong.
please advice .
