State bank of India had been in my building since 1990. Since one year the bank managers are pressuring me to build a new building or that they will move to another building built by others. I didn't even recover the money I spent in building this old property since the rent was very less. How do i deal with this situation? Have i got no other way than to build a new building?

I am from Una Himachal pradesh . I want to start our renovation of old house. can Anyone stay on our renovation. my house is more than 50 years old and my neighbors relations is not good with us can they stay on construction of our house. If Yes , How can we prevent from stay order.

Can court send to jail to a Credit Card Defaulter when he didn't gave any PDC cheques which was bounced and neither gave any security to bank.. He also don't have any movable or immovable assets in his name like,house,flat or car and also he don't have any bank balances. He was used for that card for last 10 years and timely paid all bills. Earlier he takes loans from it and timely repaid it. 2nd time he took loan for 5 years and after 2 and half years of timely repayment, due to some problem he was jobless and won't pay the dues.. In this matter what court will do??

Status of the matter:

Wife filed "Evidence by way of Affidavit".
Examination-in-Chief was also conducted by husband's counsel.
Next husband has to file reply. The counsel says there is no system to file Reply/ Rejoinder by way of Affidavit by husband in lower court. He says the system is prevalent only in H/C and SC. Is it right?
I feel since wife filed evidence by way of affidavit, husband has also to reply by way of affidavit. Shall appreciate if experts give the procedure, please.

Respected Sir/Madam,
I am residing in Pune and I am planning to get my marriage certificate done. In the due course of getting that I got to know that though my wife is not inclined to change her surname but owing to the location and the rules laid down by the Magistrate she has to change her surname. But, I do not want my wife to change it as there are a lot of hassles in changing the surname in all the legal documents like passport, aadhar card, etc.
Can anyone please provide a clarification on this and how can I have it the way I am asking for?

I got caught in drunk and drive recently, i attended counseling and prepared to pay fine as it is my first such offence and the bac reading is 60 but the judge in that particular jurisdiction says 3 days imprisonment is compulsory for a similar case 2 days back for one of my friend who went to the court before me , if at all this happens this will directly impact my visa as i have to fly with in next 6 months.
I seriously regret my mistake and would never repeat but jail is really not a easy thing to take even if it is for a day.
Can some one please help me with a suggestion ? I heard from lawyer that get this case to lok adalat and get out of this paying fine. Can some one guide me? can this be taken up in national lok adalat ? or what would be the best solution for my case ?

In case of court Marriage , is it possible to get married without informing our parents about it ?? Is it mandatory that the court or the Marriage officer will send notice to each of our parents seeking their objection ....Can it be possible to get married without their knowledge ???Bcoz once they know , they will never it to happen ...Sir we r both 25 yrs old .Not related by the degree of prohibited relations ..But we belong to different caste ..
