my father has died without will , my mom still alive and my three brother not interested to give me my share price of residential property around 4000000.
i want to know how much expences will occur and what will be lowyer fees appx
so that i can handle my budget. how much time will take place in this type of cases

i want file a case of around 40000 as full compensation, what will be the fees of lawyer appx. if hearing basis then how much hearing will be take, i have all proof warrenty card, news paper advertisement cutting , receipt etc

i am resident in rohini dda lig flat my ground floor neighbour doing illegal demolition of wall to use this flat as commercial use. i want take stay order on this what will be the expenses including fees appx. one more thing can sit quite after taking stay order or i have file case further

i am living in first floor flat the load bearing wall in ground floor become weak but the owner of ground floor not allowed me to repair them and he himself not interested in repair.

Query is regarding my Ancestral Property-
My Grandfather has a land of around 150 Acre and he died around 50 years back, he has 3 sons and my father is the eldest , Now my youngest uncle is planning to sell the whole land without giving any share to my father . My grandmother is alive and my youngest uncle has taken her with him forcebly . Now my youngest uncle and my middle uncle wants to sell the land without giving anyshare to my father.
There was no will created by my Grandfather and papers were created by my youngest uncle as per his wish. Dont exactly know that my grandmother has signed it any where or not she is around 90+ now.
I want to ask that is there any clause in the law which states that my father being the eldest son should have equal share as other two son have on that property.
Please let me know if any query for me to answer..

I sent an RTI application to the address given bellow

New Delhi.
But the officer's post is actually
JS (AE) & DG (NLM)
The application was posted on 3-Nov-09 and according to Post office record , it was delivered on 7-Nov-09.
Till today, I received no response from them. Is there anything wrong?
Another RTI application addressed to DM is acknowledged and forwarded to DPIO with an intimation to me. But Delhi is silent.
I definitely know, there are huge corruption in the related field and I want to expose as soon as possible.
Please suggest me, what to do now.
