My educational qualification is
S.S.L.C. + 3 years Diploma (Approved by State Techical Board) + M.A degree from open university after that i got valid law degree from Ambedkar Law University which has been regonised by BCI and UGC
can i enroll at Delhi Bar council because I want practise at Delhi
Any body help me regarding this matter

My father, aged 76, expired in august this year in Delhi. He has left behind my mother, my elder brother and me. The house property they lived in delhi was in his name and he has not left any will.
Since FSI has increased, the plan is to give the house to a builder, who will reconstruct, with extra floors and give us some money by selling the extra floors. we plan to keep the ground and first floor.
As per succession law ( i believe), my mother and the two sons have to sign on the papers to the builder and should get equal share ideally.
My worry is since the property is inherited, after my mother, the ground floor - does it automatically pass on to me solely, or will my brother be entitled to an equal share in that also. This doubt is because i have read that only self acquired property can be willed. Since this ground floor will be inherited by my mother, it may not solely pass on to me, and my brother will have equal share in it.
Please let me know.
Alternatively, give me an idea to ensure an equal share of the property.

My client has received order passed by City Civil Court at Calcutta regarding Bank Loan dispute by invoking Arbitration clause from the Loan Agreement. Is this order valid. If possible can anyone give practising members contact mail or phone number from the concerned city civil court so that i can clarify my doubts.

Thanks for your valuable opinions.
1.She ask me to handover my salary with cover.
2.She spends money not for what we need but maintain status.
3.My FIL also threaten me as "i know law,i will spoil you and your family".
4.My wife also threaten me as " I am ready for divorce but my father and brother will torture you".
5.My family members are not happy with my wife.
6.What can i do when her parents are refused to mutual consent?
7.My wife has two sisters one of them living with my FIL custody but in a separate house there is no contact with her husbands family since her marriage,her husband is working in BSF.
8.And another one sister also separated her husband from his family.
9.Now my wife also playing the same game with me.
10.My wife and her sisters are used her husbands for name sake,and they are all like to dominate the family.
These are some more details for please give me solution.

In 1990, Govt. of West Bengal announced career advancement scheme. At least one promotion would be given to emplyees at ALL LEVEL after service of 10 years.
In the Rules framed thereafter, all scales were considered exept scale No. 20. Most likely, the rules framed did not consider because all most all candidates going to scale No. 20 were from lower scales through promotion. However, one post in scale No.20 in Transport Dept. was filled up through direct recruitment through P.S.C as per Recruitment Rules. The incumbent when applied for CAS benefit, Dept. replied that there was no provision of granting CAS in scale No.20.
What is the remedy? Does this case has merit? Is there any other cases like this?

hello sir .... i want to know that how important constitution for judiciary priliminary exam? n how many quetions will ask relating to contitution , generl studies, cpc,crpc,ipc,evidence etc i mean is there any critetia is fixed for asking quetions in priliminary exam n main exam.. i am confuse

My greater grandfather established a business under HUF. He has one son, who has one daughter (My mother) and a son. Now my mother had relinquished her share/ rights in the business/ properties of HUF in favour of my Uncle (brother of my mother) without my consent, which I came to know later.
My query is that whether I can sue my mother/ uncle as I have not given my consent for such relinquishment?

Dear Sir,
Deceased was trevelling as a Owner of Goods in truck died in accident. What documents and evidences must be led before the tribunal by the legal heirs (Claimants) of the deceased to prove that deceased was a Owner of Goods and not a gratituous passenger in the truck?
