Hi
I had given 25000 Rs to estate agent for transfering home to my mother name. He took 25000 Rs from me and now he is not doing work also and not refunding money also.
Can I file police complaint against him?

As per Regulation 6 (2) (b) of the Government Securities Regulations, 2007, title to the Government security of a deceased holder can be decided on the basis of a registered deed of family settlement. The requirement is submission of a "REGISTERED DEED". I request the experts to clarify where a family deed can be registered and what is stamp duty requirement for registration.

facts of the case:
Applicant: Public Limited Company
Respondents: One Partnership firm and a Private Limited Company managed by the same person.
Applicant entered two agreements separately with partnership firm for supply of material and The other agreement with Private Limited Company for erection and commissioning of the project.
Two different agreements but the work done by the respondents is interlinked.
Can the applicant include both parties in one arbitration application?

Dear sir,
As one of the party has purchased the items worth of Rs 40000/= in 2004 from us and he lingered on the payment to till date.
now he is saying that he only wants to pay 15000/=.
please let me know what should i do to get full payment.

I want to know that how to claim amount of deceased person which is lying in his/her bank account. In which there is no nominees and no one is joint holder.

Respected sir
,myself,sagar a veterinary doctor (Maharashtra state veterinary counsil ).I am partialy deaf candidate of open catogory
.In advertisement of Livestock development officer advertisement no-103\2009 (under backlog vacancy )there are 10 seat for physiclly handicap candidate, out of 10 seat, 4 seat for partially deaf. as in this backlog seat there was no seat for OPEN. catagory.
for this post i applied allready,at that time of submitting form i made contact in mpsc office on number given on informatiom bulletin, but according to them my form will be rejected.
for this i request you to sir to Please go through this matter which i attached to this mail.Give reply as early as possible.that my application form will be accepted or not?
