Can I purchase the slum dweller place after 10 years for my servant in my name , is there any risk involved ?

The slum dweller will not be allow to sale / transfer / rent out or lease out the rehabilitation tenement for 10 years from date of possession. But he / she will be entitled to transfer the tenement in the name of legal heir. Incase of breach, the Competent Authority shall cancel the allotment of the dweller & the same will be taken over by Competent Authority. These conditions shall appear on the identity cardThe Competent Authority shall permit transfer of the rehabilitation tenement after 10 years by charging a premium of an amount 25% of the value of the tenement as per then prevailingReddy Reckoner.

Appeal agsinst order

1. Is it mandatory for both parties to follow the consent order passed by the court?

2. Is it possible to file and appeal against a consent order?

3. If any party goes back on the consent order then in that case the court nullifies this consent order or modifies the consent order taking into consideration the concerns of one or both the parties?

Allotment of Minimum area under redevlopment of pagdi system

We(My Family) stay in mulund (Mumbai) from last 30 years and our building is under pagdi system. My building is almost 50 years old. The landlord is planning to redevelop (reconstruct) this building. My area of home is below than 100 sq.ft.

In my building there are more than 40 rooms, and area of each room is not more than 300 sq.ft.

I just want to know that after redevelopment of my building, how much minimum area would be alloted to me as per property laws and whether i have to pay for that or not.

Maharashtra Stamp Duty Amnesty Scheme

Two years ago I had applied under the Maharashtra Stamp Duty Amnesty Scheme. My flat was bought between the period 1980-85. I haven't heard from the stamp duty office. What is the status? Does my application still hold? And do I have to re-apply when the amnesty scheme is reintroduced? I have the acknowledgement from the stamp duty office. Thank you
