A marries B who is A's brothers widow. is this marriage valid marriage acc to hindu marriage act 1955? or it cover under the coustum of punjab?

The marriage is valid under the HMA.

Why do you think that itis invalid ? If the marriage is done according to hindu ceremony it is legal.

this marriage valid marriage acc to hindu marriage act 1955? if its cover under the coustum of punjab?coustums are overlapping on law , & if all conditions are law full , not dual ,consents of parties, registered,according to hindu ceremony it is legal.

That marriage is absolutely legal according to HMA. 'B' is widow at the time of marriage and marry to brothers widow is not prohibited according to HMA.
