dear seniors,
i appered in a civil suit for the defendant. In this case Plaintiff field an application without any soported affidavit which is necessary for filling Application in civil Procedure so i field an objection against the Apllication on above Mentioned Ground, but court decided the Application in favor of the Applicant, so i want to Know whose remedy availabe against in this Inter locatery Order

A decree was passed on dt. 21-02-19985. From the day on wards, i have been defending the case with the other parties for the same property. I want to know that while calculating the limitation period, i think the defending time is to be excluded from the limitation period of 12 years or not.

resp.sir(s), my query is as follows.....
my uncle and aunt are residing in mumbai...they got married in the year 1976. at the time of marriage both were minor i.e. bride was 17 years old and bridegroom was 19 years old.....the marriage was held at their native place in gujarat. the marriage is not registered yet. they both are having passport. at the time of following procedure for passport they gave affidavit in lieu of marriage cirtificate. on the basis of this affidave they wwere issued passport. now they are proceding for abroad and the visa authority is demanding for marriage certificate. my uncle tried to get their marriage registered but the marrriage registration authority is denying on the basis that both, the bride and the groom were minor at the time of marriage. my query is ........
is there any solution for this? can this marriage be registered and can my uncle get the marriage certificate..? what is the relevant provision in hindu marriage act? i request you to kindly guide me in this regard. if there is any confussion in above matter plz ask for necessary information. thank you very much......

i am ramdas shukla resident of fatehpur,up,serving in army.i gave an advertisement in newspaper for dowryless marraige proposal.sri ramkaran dwivedi of kanpur city approached me for marriage of his daughter.he went to my village and enquired all about me and got satisfied in all aspects. i got married with his daughter mrs aruna in 2002.she never went to my home.she stayed with me at my duty station for about one month and went back with her parents.due to some reasons she file divorce case in 2005 and took onesided divorce in mar 2008.to trouble me more she lodged an FIR under 498A (after taking divorce)against me and seven other family members.police didnot carry out any investigation and filed charge sheet to the court.i approached to DIG who ordered reinvestigation of the case.how can i get rid of this problem.i will be grateful to you if you could provide me some ruling which says that since she kept quiet 3 years during the course of divorce case proceeding and did not complain anything of this sort and filed dowry act after divorce when she is not my legal wife,her complain should be dismissed.
