RTI

My RTI application to the Ministry of HRD, Dept of School Education & Literacy dated 25-11-09 has no response.

Another RTI application sent on 12-12-09 and received on 17-12-09 is forwarded 0n 29-12-09 to an address where I have queried before and got nothing. Even the information must available in the department, they forwarded it. I asked the information relating to life but neither they took quick action nor told me why they are not taking it as life & liberty case.

I am sure that the information will not available in the address they forwarded my application. Because I asked them first. I am also sure the information will reveal a lot of corruption in which some state and central ministers are involved.

Kindly suggest.

Is it true India imposes re-entry limit on foreigner in 2mon

Is it true India imposes re-entry limit on foreignersfor two months after any trip to the countryfrom December 23 2009

India’s security apparatus has decided to bar foreign visitors re-entering India for two months after any trip to the country.
The sudden imposition of the new policy at the height of India’s busy winter season – which brings a surge of foreign holiday makers, business visitors, and academics – has generated confusion and anxiety, exacerbated by erratic implementation.

Advise on False FIR & actions thereafter.

Dear Experts,

MR X had joined a rival group of company after getting an offer letter from the rival gruop.The previous employer threatned through his HR head that if he joins the rival company they will defame him, harrass him and register a police complain.Mr X has got this threatining call recorded in his cell phone. Mr X aslo gave a writtn complain to the Police Comm stating that he would be framed by the big people as addmitted in the tape. No action or inquiry made on this. Later the previous employer registered a false complain u/s 420, 467, 468 ,114 112- b etc. because of his contacts. Mr X failed to quash and get A/B from high court. Mr X has to remain out of sight due to this.The complainent has not given any proofs of the IPC's stated to the police, but his intention was to harras MR X and not allow him to continue the new Job.MR X has all relevant documents to prove his innocence, but his apprenhension is that ,police may not take everything on records because they might be questioned later on for registering a false complain. Of course the police is not harassing the accused or his family but how can he put an end to this mis fortune? Going to jail and getting a regular bail is the only remedy? The IPC registered are grave but with no proofs,because this was to only harrass Mr X. and keep him away from the new job.
Urgent guidance needed.

public interest litigation

whether the PIL is maintainable in case where the Govt.officers and employees were persuing L.LB courses without the permission from their respective employers.The concerned colleges and the university failed to furnish the copy of permission seeked under R.T.I.Whereas the G.M of that organisation refused to initiate any action against them for misuse of public exchequer and rather suggested to complain to the appropriate authorities to initiate action against them.All those employees and officers of Govt.dept.had fuul time attendence in their office record and simultainously as well as in their law colleges.This clearly shows the mis use of public exchequer and also hurts the sentiments of all the young and senior Advocates.This also violates the norms and standards set up by B.C.I and U.G.C.
