Well users, SC Community, dispossessed by the mighty of the village and even all authorities do not take action against the culprits and hence the rights of the downtrodden villagemen were subjected to such an extent that which could not be mentioned or presented in this page and also police fabricated a false story in collusion and conspiracy with the defaulters. How to bring the deprived one to their original status and how the well to be restored to them for their use.

I just want to know the execution process for a compromise deed entered among the parties in the district court.
We have entered a compromise to be performed within six months and lawyer is suggesting to apply for execution of the compromise in the court.Is there any time limit for applying for such execution and what is the procedure for the same?

Please help me and inform if there is any provision in the CODE OF CIVIL PROCEDURES as I am a senior citizen,79, and afflicted recently by cerebral heomarrage, and have filed a suit to evict a trespasser. The L&L is over but the licensee continues to occupy my premises. He has also assaulted me when I went to negotiate with the trespsser. I have also made a complaint with the police but they have not acted. My wife and I have no place to stay, we are now taken shelter with relatives.

A MONEY LENDER WITHOUT HAVING A LICENSE FILED A CASE FOR DECREE.IN SESSION COURT THE OPPOSITE PARTY COUNSEL ARGUED THAT AS THE MONEY LENDER IS NOT HAVING THE LICENSE TO DO MONEY LENDING HE CANNOT RECOVER THE MONEY AND COUNSEL ALSO GAVE THE MONEY LENDERS ACT OF THAT STATE IN WHICH IT IS CLEARLY WRITTEN AND HAS ALSO GIVEN LATEST JUDGMENTS OF VARIOUS HIGH COURTS OF THE COUNTRY IN THIS REGARD.BUT THE JUDGE DIDN'T LOOK UPON IT AND GIVE THE JUDGMENT IN THE FAVOR OF MONEY LENDER BY SAYING THAT IT IS THE CASE OF CHEQUE BOUNCING SO HE CAN RECOVER IT.IS THE APPEAL IN HIGH COURT IS ONLY THE REMEDY AVAILABLE.ON WHAT BASIS JUDGES MAKES THE DECISIONS?????????

I have posted a query on Transport Woes in the Expert's forum. The facts in the issue are very glaring that though every citizen is aware of the plight, no concrete steps have been initiated to set things in order. Public Interest Litigation do not necessarily yield the desired results to highlight the matters which are detrimental to Public Interest at large. My specific doubts are summed up as under:
(a) As in the case of high profile matters, under which circumstances the Court intervenes into the matters which are detrimental to public interests?
(b) What are the Constitutional provisions and obligations on the part of the Apex or High Courts to question the authority of the State ?
(c) Is there any Judicial Committee which monitors the matters which upset the peace and tranquility in the State on account of misdemeanors of Public Authorities?
(d) Are there any precedents which match the similar facts where interests of common citizens are protected by the intervention of Courts?
(e) Whether any High Court is vested with any constitutional powers to question the acts of the State in the absence of any Public Interest Litigation?
I need specific point-war guidance from the expert panel in the interest of Common Citizens.

Its really helpful to read and get information , I must say job well done by sharing and helping people who do not know where to go.
I am also in need of your good advise so that I can come out of crises with a fight back, I want to fight for injustice done with me please show me and guide me what to do..
Some facts of my case
1) Got married on 3rd May 2009, just after one month due to her Ego and high headedness she moved from my house and had taken all her belongings with her , even shampoo from Bathroom without informing that she is leaving.
2) I and my family tried our level best to patch up but failed on all fronts. She alleged that I am Impotent and degrade my image everywhere in society this thing hit me very badly. Failing at all fronts I gave an application with RED CROSS SOCIAL HEALTH to help me bring her back.
3) Instead of coming there on given date she filed false complaint with police under Sec 498 & 406.
4) Our Society tried hard again but failed and they demanded 10 lacs to settle things out and after discussion it was settled on 5 Lacs.
5) On given date we returned whatever gold and other things they gifted to us on marriage and Draft of 2 Lacs as advance and it was verbally decided that reaming will be paid after Filling of Divorce in front of MLA and our society and Friends I have witneses of the same.
6) They did not returned our gold and belongings amounting Rs. 1.5 Lac.
7) They even did not gave us any recipt and signed any deed, they said it will be done in two days but till date they have not given any receipt and signed the Compromise Deed.
8) They are now demanding more money from us and are also not giving our gold back.
Please suggest me what to do at this juncture. My father did all this so that his son can be free from this mess, we don’t even have that money its being paid by way of taking loan. I am always against paying money cause I am not at fault at any point. Please guide me what to do.
I have some question:-
1) My wife is Govt Teacher earning around 17000 pm for last 2 years. Can she claim anything from me under CRPC 125
2) All her allegations are false and they can be counter.
3) Can police file FIR after knowing all the facts till date.
4) What if I say to them Do what ever you want I am not going to pay you single penny now.
They are very much harassing me on every front both Mental and social, I can’t describe What I am going through.
Please tell me what options are there for me and how can I attack cause I want to fight for my self respect. Please suggest
