The wife not consumated by her husband. Is this marriage is fulfiled ? divorce also done by husband.
In this situation husband seek maintenance from her divorce wife ? Is it possible ? [Wife comes from rich family- husband lossed his jobs, no income from other sources. ]

A Public Servant - Sub Registrar has given a false evidence in a Civil Suit regarding Claimant of a particular property. The sworn statement was proved false after 20 years. In the meanwhile that particular Sub - Registrar Retired.
Since he has now retired can he not be prosecuted for giving false evidence in a Court of Law ?
Is retirment of public servant an exemption from crime committed by him during his tenure?
What about the victim ? has to suffer ?
Kindly help?

Dear Sir,
I am a govt. officer and covered under General Provident Fund. The subscription may vary every month. I can take advance and final withdraw also. At the end of the year how can i calculate the interest and final balance at my credit.

Hi All,
I got an arranged marraige done via "shaadi.com" considering the information the guy and his family had shared - which turned out to be false. just after 15 days of marriage the guy n his family started blackmailing my parents for dowry. I went through mental and physical harrasment for days to come to a conclusion of filing a complaint.Now the status is that i have filed a dowry harrasment case, a domestic violence case and also want to get rid of that man's marriage
I need help on the following topics -
- since the guy abandoned me just after 15days of marriage can this marriage be nullified on grounds of fraud?
- The guy was in Australia but now I heard he has run away with his family to UK - can any international authority help?
- how do i find out if he is already married as he is just not tracebale anywhere?
- Can i take help of cyber c rime department as he is still putting is marriage profiles to fool more girls?

My name is manohar and i would like to have some clarification on the fallowing.
My father-in-law has expired in 1995.He died intestate leaving behind his self earned agricultural property In Tamlnadu.MY wife has 3 brothers and 4 sisters,still the property is not divided.
Me and my wife got married in 1980
Her brothers are not interested in giving share to their sisters.
1.Is my wife entitled for share in the property?
2.If yes.How to proceed to get my wife's share and what is the court fees and other legal expenses involved?

Respected Seniors,
One of our Factory's workmen whose services were terminated have received all staturory payments along with Gratuity.
He filed a case for reinstatement.
Upon contest he is willing to compromise the matter and offering to repay the GRATUITY RECEIVED by him (Union Involved).
Now my question is -
It is permissible under the Act / Rules to take the Gratuity amount back ?
Or
What should the management do in this situation ? If it takes the Gratuity amount from Workmen.
OR
What is the best possible deal from the Management's side ?
Please advise A.S.A.P.

I want early disposal of a SLP.
Respected Experts, Plz.suggest me.
A SLPNo…………/2005 is pending in Supreme Court. Now the Petitioner’s age is round about 60 years. Actually the said SLP is posted in Summer Vacations, for final hearing.
Now I want to know that is there any procedure to hear the above said matter probably either in February or March, 2010 or shall I need to file any petition in this regard. If so, could it be worked out or not.
