I need to know, if we can file any civil recovery suit, against any culprit/accused get punished for theft 379/380 IPC.

husband has filed petition for Restitution of conjugal rights u/s 9 against the wife and wife didnt wish to go back as she has sufficient reason to reside separate.
now cae is in court can the Respondent wife claim interim maintenance for herself as she is not working. any judgment?

sir, i wish to know the easiest way to get the property transfered/ mutated in my name.
the said property was in my mothers name who expired in 2002 , she has left a registered will in my favour. i have 4 sisters one of them lives abroad. i am applying to the mcd for mutation in my favour , i have also with me the Noc affidavits ( notorised) of the current dates from all my sisters. is this the correct procedure to get the property transfered in my name or is anything else is required .

Kindly advice if a family is living in a rented accomodation from last 65 years ,having all the documents like electricity bills, D.O.B Certificates, Death Certificates,School Sertificates, Voter ID, ration card,Pan Card,Passport,Gas Connection and all other possible goverment proofs are on the Same address but the rent agrrement and the rent receipts are not there ,as it was a vocal agreement between my great grandfather and the owners grand father 65 years back..hence on basis of that we are staying here since then.
The landlord use to come every six months and take cash from us on lieu of Rent+House Tax ...Now the Old landlord has sold the house to a new party ,who is using force on us to vacate the house...this is a 4 floor house in which we have 3 floors with us and on the one floor left ,there is another tenant...
The new owner is taking the advantage of the point that we have no where mentioned in paper of the portions we are in possesion of ,as well as there is no rent agreement and rent receipts with us since last 65 years...
I want to know what all remedies I have ..can i file a case in the court to take stay on the property?? Please advice..

Need your help!!
My property has been registered on my mom's name after my father's death and this their own property...
i have 1 elder brother and elder sister...
My brother has got my Dad's central govt job and is married and have children.
My sister is also married and was given all facilities.
iam looking after my mom since my brothers marriage as he is leaving saparately ever since and does not give any money to my mom...
my mom has already written her "will" stating her property should only belong to Me in 2005.
and recently my mom wanted this to be more secure and has registered a Sale cum GPA on my name...
and she wants me to change all the Municipal, electricity, water bills on my name...
Could you please advise if there are any further legal obligations to get my name registered with the local municipality...?
will there be any problem with my brother/children etc...?
will the property transfer to my wife and children after my Death...?

I had file a CM in the Delhi HC on the misconduct and changing of Legal proceedings by the Judge Advocate in the GCM. The respondent did not file a reply and on transfer of the case to AFT the reply hass not been filed till date. However the AFT is showing no inclination to ask the repondent to file a reply inspite of serious allegations of misconduct/improperiety/fudging of legal documents.
There are also four other petitions pending for reply by the respondents.
Can the AFT pass an order without the respondent even filing the reply?
What are the legal options and rule position on this.

Dear Expert,
we have a house property at Rajasthan,in 1989-90 my father give it to his elder brother to live there without any Contract/rent agrement. All thinkgs was varable we never charged rent to them.
Now we want our house back and he is deyning to give it back.
During this period he taken electrcity conection in his own name and construct two e room set on his own expenses.
We have lease called there "Patta" of this plot.
Please help on following points:-
1) What we need to do now.
2) What he can overwrite our lease without my fathers signature on a stamp papers as one of my friend told me that he can do that as he is living there more than 20 year?
3) What wright he have , we can send a notice to vacant house ?

Dear sir/Madam,
I have been married in May 2009.My grandparents had a house which is being occupied by their 3 sons out of which one is my father.Now they are going to sell the house which is not a registered property on their (my father & his brothers) name.Will I get any share in this house as grand daughter .If so what will be my share?
The house is still registerd on my grand parents and no will has been created by them.

buying machiery and entire process line
Respected friends,
A Comapny proposes to buy machinery and process line to be used in an industrial unit ( using batch process method of production) .The machinery and process line is going to be imported from Italy. Kindly inform me what is the procedure to be followed in the case of drafting the agreement /procurement contract with overseas vendor.
