I am trying to collect various judgments of SC and Bombay HC regarding prompt registration of FIR on receiving cognizable complaint. Can some one post all related judgments over here? e.g State of Harayana V/s Bajanlal, lalita kumari's case, Bombay HC judgment stating that police can refuse to file FIR and conduct preliminary inquiry etc.

I would like to seek your expert opinion that whether sales transaction of a land can be done through "Power Of Attorney" duly registered with Registrar ?
What are the advantages & dis-advantages ?

Is Mathadi Act is applicable to each and every factory situated in Pune ?
If yes, please provide Notification No. & date
Further, if the workmen of the company is doing loading & unloading work, in this case also Mathadi Act is applicable ?

I have obtained a exparte divorce & my wife has filed for setaside which is posted for enquiry.. but at this stage my wife has asked the madras highcourt to transfer the cases from family court salem to chennai.. is it possible to transfer this case without setaside decision is pending from the salem family court?

Helo sir, thanks for your suggesion in death companisatory job.But you not understand my problem .PROVIDING JOB TO THE FAMILY OF DECEASED EMPLOYEE-hear there are two wives.1st wife is un employee ,having daughter. 2nd wife is employee(conductor),having son .Hear the second wife allready having job.then how she willget job to her son? sUPPORTING THE 1ST WIVE AND HER FAMILY IN HARNESS IS TO BE CONCIDERED OR NOT?PLEASE THINK IN THIS WAY.

1)whether borrower is also liable if the cheque is issued and signed by guarantor is discharge of the liability of the borrower?
2)And whether can we issue process against the borrower also?
