When an unauthorise deduction from wages made an application is filed under section 15 of payment of wages act and limitation period to file the application is 12 months.my question is what are the sufficient ground to file application after the limitation period expired?Please give some court ruling in this matter?
Wheather the provision of limitation act apply on this act?

a person is staying outside India. The complainant has a copy of the pass port. The allegation of the complainant is that the accused has intentional taken exparte decree of divorce when he was living in India and at present he has gone on employment to Malasia. I want to know how can I summon him the complainant does not know his address at Malasia.

sir in a single bench our writ is rejected now my advocate is saying v'ill file a LPA so i wanted 2 no wat is this & under wat sec/act/artical it cums
sir if i would no what is LPA then i wouldn't b asking tis Q 2 you i no LPA Latent Patent Appeal wn u challenge the judgement/order of single judge bench 2 the other bench where their might b 2 judges etc not much then tat

Private complaint filed under section 200 of Cr.P.C. before criminal court. The same is referred to police for report and investigation. The police filed report as false case.
There is any limitation for filing of protest petition. and under what provision ?

Whether raising slogans outside the court room, can be termed as contempt of court, in the following factual backgrounds:-
1. while making a reference to the High Court, subordinate court did not disclose the actual slogans and withheld the same for the sake of decency?
2. the court proceedings were never hampered on those days, which is essence for invoking the contempt jurisdiction, as the contemnors have all the documentary evidence in this regard, in the form of orders of the subordinate courts, against which alleged slogans were raised?
3. while keeping in view the concept of truth as a valid defense in the contempt proceedings what the contemnors did was perfectly within the meaning of article 14 of the constitution as they claimed equal treatment of law for themselves as well as the judges of the subordinate courts when they are acting in an illegal way and that too not under the colour of their offices?
4. whether raising slogans against a judge without hampering the court proceedings do not come within the purview of article 19 (1) (a) of the constitution, i.e freedom of speech and expression?

I have been served Sarfaesi 13(2) notice. If the dates on the notice stating the date of NPA is wrong and I have transactions after the date mentioned and also a correspondence from the chief manager to prove that alongwith my statement. Does it make that notice void? Can I move the court on this ground to prevent 13(4) action? Maybe flimsy, but I could gain time for my counter, after all the bank has received 95% of the principal as charges debited from my receipts from the time my account has been in-operative.
