SIR,
IF MY HUSBAND HAS ACQUIRED A LAND AND CONSTRUCTED A HOUSE WITH BANK LOAN, FOR THE BANK LOAN I(WIFE) HAVE SUBMITTED MY PAY CERTIFICATE.
NOW THE HOUSE IS COMPLETED AND WE STARTED LIVING THERE,WE DON'T HAVE KIDS,SO PLANNING TO ADOPT A CHILD,NOW MY HUSBAND SAYS THAT HE WILL GIVE ALL PROPERTY RIGHTS TO ADOPTED CHILD THAT TO WITHOUT CONSENT OF MINE. I(WIFE) HAVE OBJECTION REGARDING THIS.
KINDLY ADVISE WHETHER IT IS POSSIBLE FOR HIM TO WRITE ALL HIS PROPERTY RIGHTS AS PER THE LAW IN FORCE ,IF I HAVE OBJECTION FOR THE SAME.

On 2002 my friend puchased one land from one Joseph.Joseph died on 1997.his wife and children gave power of attorney to one Krishan to sale the property. Krishan sold the property to my friend.But now my friend came to know that on 2002 the same property which my friend purchased from Joseph was sold to one Kandaswamy by Joseph itself.Actually joseph died on 1997.The kandaswamy on 2005 sold this property to one Lekshmi. How my friend can claim the ownership of the property?

dear sir,
we are dealers' in gold/silver/diamond ornaments. our employee take ornaments on approval basis to a dealer-and bring back the same from time to time. We do proper documentation for this transaction.
To avoid in-transit hassel , say by police, octroi, s.tax etc dept, we have given them our authority letter on 100 rupee stamp paper (duly notarised)and also affidavit pertaining to his job of carrying the valuable ornaments.
pl let us know(1) the validity of this affidavit and letter of authority(2) we understand that it is for six months only-as validy of the stamp paper itself is six months. We are confused.

Respected Sir,
The answer was excellent. But This raises more questions.
1. Suppose the propretor do not have property left over / the legal heirs do not have any property // money to pay the dues what is the position ?
2. suppose - there are more legal heirs - & the notice is served to only one / or the rest of the legal heirs are not traceble ?

Actually my wife has filed 13(1) case for divorce HMA.
It was as per my and my wife's predecided settlement in lieu of lumpsum alumni.
But i have not received summons in this regard.
The date to file W.S.A. is given to us privately by girlside only by phone and a copy of the filed petition also given by herside privately.
If without summon ,I file W.S.A. the will further proceedings will be valid or not?
Is there any chance of cheating with me?

Can 'Karta' of HUF or any adult member of the HUF can take out Life insurance policies
Is Insurance under HUF is allowed only on the life of the Karta.
Is Proposals on the life of co-parceners or members may be allowed only if the Karta is uninsurable.
In short Husband/wife or adult child can take life insurance policy , premium will be paid by HUF

Assessing officer has not accepted the Affidavit provided by the Donor in a gift .
My querry is that under which Section and relevant case laws we can ask the higher authourities to accept the same affidavit as Non acceptance of affidavit will lead to falsifying of the truth & onus will lie on the assseeing officer to prove that affidavit provided is wrong
