tHE DRAWER OF CHEQUE HAS BEEN PROSECUTED FOR O/S 138 OF NI ACT.
Admitedly the notice was received by the wife of drawer/accussed and raising the presumption the court issued process against accussed.

Dear Sir,
1. What is the difference between Salary and Wages?
2. Can a person who is in 12 years continue service be called as a daily Wages labor? Is there any labor law in this regards or any judgment of any court that gives clarities to daily wages labor.
3. is Gratuity applicable to employees of a charitable society.
4. can a Charitable Society put a limit to the years of Gratuity eg. only 15 years.

Sir,
Authority has granted adjourned and postponed our clients' matter and proceeding has been done taking counter sign of Advocate.
Now, Authority wishes to alter proceeding and also wishes to make hearing on time against adjouned dated granted earlier.
As a lawyer we intends to make hearing on adjourned date and not on time.
Kindly guid the remedy in this matter and relevant provision, if any.

Dear Sir,
I have three questions
1. If there is a trust, can this trust be registered under societies registration act 1860 as a society? if so then how.
2. If a trust has a sole trustee, can he appoint more trustees.
3. If the trust deed needs amendments, how to do that. I mean what is the process.
This trust is in Gujarat.

Que.1.Their was 6+ yrs desertion between wife and husband , Husband filed Suit for Divorce and wife filed counter affidavit and ask for maintenance u/s24 of HMA, 3 hearings have expired and now Husband want to withdraw the case without out any settlement in such a scenario what would be the fate of wifes Maintenance as that was an counter affidavit to divorce case, now that main suit is withdrawn what next to counter u/s 24HMA?

Divison of property
Further to my query I need further clarification on this matter.
In this case where you suggested that the property of my grand father will have to be equally divided amongst my father and his 2 married sisters.
If this property is not divded and left as it is, then what will happen after these 3 people are not alive.
I am the only son of my dad and one aunty has 2 sons and 2 married daughters, another has 2 married daughters.
Please let me know if all of us will have equal share in the property or how it will be divided?
will the married daughters of my aunt have right on the property?
