I want to know about the "THE GLOBAL OPEN UNIVERSITY NAGALAND" whether this university is recognized by UGC for LLM & PHD in Law.
If there is any more information about this university for LLM & Phd. courses please provide me information in this regard.

my divorece poceeding is under trial. my mother is handicap(Blind). my wife living with my motherin her house & property ( land) which has been transferred to my mother by his husband in 1980 and he died in 1991.my wife tortures my mother & claims transfer assets to her.my mother wish to live alone in her house and she said to vacate house to my wife.what is legal remedy??????? property has been transferred by way of daanpatra

My father died leaving hehind flat.No will,nomination prepared by my father.So we obtained hiership from court on my mothers name. Society transfered flat on my mothers name.Now my question is can my mother sell or gift flat to anybody. What are the rights of heir as she is the only trustee of the property.

One member of a co-operative housing society has given his flat on rent. He is not staying in that society but he has given his name for becoming committee member of the society. Can that person become member of a committee even if he has given his flat on rent and he is not staying in society. (he has given his name only for becoming member of the committee and not for chairman or secretary or tresurar). Please advice

I have received a summon issued by the Metropolitan Magistrate, 10th Court, Andheri asking me to appear before Metropolitan Magistrate, 20th court, Mazgaon.
I would like to know is the summon proper. If yes do I need to appear before the Andheri Court or Mazgaon Court.

My mother is an illeterate,she gave her left thumb impression on a blank paper without knowing the contents of the letter (to say it is blank paper) to our neighbours what is the status as per law for our neighbours and to us
Pls give me some advise how to mitigate this situation

I met an accident in Jan 2006 and put my claim in District & Session Court Gurgaon (Haryana) but i am permanant resident of Distt. Rewari of Haryana. Now court awarded a compensation of Rs. 4 Lakh Aprox. but my advocate says that I need to open an account in a nationalised bank which is in Gurgaon Only. When i contacted to banks they asked for local address. So please can any body help on this issue how is it sorted out.

what is the difference between marriage registered under Hindu marriage act and under special marriage act.
what are the consequential effect between them?
if two mature person wants to register their marriage under special marriage act which kind of extra documents to be produced?????
Please give me in detail knowledge.......
