Dear Sir's/Madam's,

Kindly advice me regarding Service of employee with his employer comes under consumer protection act and default of VRS Scheme's of central government employee's come under Consumer protection act, if so any citation's are present.

otherwise how can you term an employee to be a consumer....employee is not paying the money for some goods or services...rather an employee is being paid for his work.
