Can I book a flat in some auto society? I am not working with this company/field.
Normally, an afidavit has to be signed to declear that you are working in same company/field. Right? Is it must?
Can society flat be sold at any time or it can't be sold till some period after completion/possession?

I booked a flat in a project ERA devine court of ERA group in faridabad Sector 76 on 5th OCT 2009. The project was sold out on layout plan of the society showing all features of the project like your flat number, its location, dimension, parking space and other things.
later when laon was applied against this property it was revealed that this project does not have approval of HUDA authorities and disbusment is not possible.
Now builder is started work at sight and has changed the complete layout plan at his own. He has constructed the additional flats on the space shown as greenery and parks. The size of flats has been reduced by 15 percent. There is no approval of this project as yet. The motive of booking a home is completely defeated. Neither builder refunding the money nor providing any details about approval. Local authorities are in picture but reluctant to listed against him.
What can be done in this regard to recover my hard earned money. He is asking for further payment and to accept the flat what is being constructed with out any approval.
please suggest actions which can be taken in this regard.

1) Who are known as gazette officer ? how to become the gazette officer and the list of the gazette officer ? who can we known that the person is a gazette officer? what are the rights & liabilities they have and also they have to follow up.
2) where is the office siutated in mumbai

DEAR SIR,
I HAVE FILED A CIVIL CASE(MONEY SUTE) AGAINST DEFENDENT,IN WHICH I GOT A JUDGEMENT IN FAVOUR OF ME SUBSEQUENTLY,DECREE WAS ALSO OBTAINED.AS THE DEFENDENT HAS NOT PAID ANY MONEY,EVEN AFTER THE JUDGEMENT, I FILED AN E.P.IN WHICH NO ONE HAS APPEARED . SO E.P WAS DECIDED AS EXPARTE.THEN THE EXECUTING COURT HAS ISSUED CIVIL ARREST WARRANT, WHICH WAS THE ONLY PRAYER IN MY E.P. NOW, DEFENDENT IS EVADING FROM ARREST, I HAVE GOT THE WARRANT EXTENDED 4TH TIME NOW, STILL HE IS EVADING. SO I AM PLANNING TO EXHIBIT MY SELF AS AN EVIDENCE IN A CRIMINAL CASE,WHERE HE WAS ARRESTED UNDER SECTION IPC420(CHEATING),FIR(POLICE CASE) WAS ALSO FILED AGAINST THE SAME PERSON UNDER THE DIRECTION FROM HIGH COURT.NOW HE IS ON BAIL, AND ATTENDING THAT CRIMINAL CASE HEARINGS WITHOUT FAIL.AT THIS JUNCTURE THAT CRIMINAL CASE HEARING IS COMING ON 27TH APRIL.IS IT POSSIBLE, ICAN ARREST HIM, WHILE HE COMES TO ATTEND THAT HEARING? ALSO, I WOULD LIKE TO EXHIBIT MY CIVIL CASE DECREE AS AN PROOF OF EVIDENCE TO PROVE THAT CRIMINAL CASE. WHAT IS THE PROCEDURE TO MAKE MY SELF AS EVIDENT.

Bank is non-compling the Guidlines/order
of Fiance Ministry and RBI set for pensioners. What can be done against the official of bank as per court of law.

what is the procedure of registration sale deed & how much total expense incurre including all expense from making stamp paper to lawyers fee?

dear sirs,
thanks for your kind replies. there is a stipulation in the agreement of sale that the balance of payment will be made within three months but there is no forfeiture clause. the agreement was made about two years ago but the vendor sold the land to someone else about one year ago. thanks again.
