forgery by relative

Sir one of my relatives sent some faxes to my department two years ago with my forged signatures.
I managed to get original signatures forged by him.
what step can be taken against him?
Can I still make a police complaint against him?

Sir,i was employed in govt. among a batch of 70 employees on similar terms
I was faked out by a senior official two years ago through a fake office order that my re-engagement was not approved by competent authority.
I stopped going at work.
Later i came to know that all my juniors were retained and also forgery in issuing the above office order that there was no re-engagement ever in existence and only initial contractual appointment was extended from time to time.Hence I was made fool and compelled to leave the job myself.
Can I still take a police/criminal action against the issuing authority for committing forgery?

does it amount to change of user if one is using a residential flat as office of a law firm. And can a society pass a resolution in the AGM and increase the non user charges by 10 times just because the place is being used as a law firm.

I would like to know if there are any rulings or citations to this effect.

Full & Final settlement problem

I was resign in month of oct-2008 . Due to my Mothers health problem i was able to work for only 15 days . Since from oct-08 i am requesting to my employer for releiving, When i calling to HR they are advising to contact Business Head, where as when i am calling to Business head they are advising to contact HR dept. I already requested HR that i am ready to pay if any dues are there but HR is not repling properly. they also not giving me any experience certificate.

Please note that i had clearance form sign by all other dept, HSE, Admin, IT , Schools etc.

sir sum1 hit my car while was standing on red light we hav car no v info 100 no file a complaint now police in converting that into fir u/s279 i cum 2 no in tat the will take my car also in their custody but i hav get it done repair my car and already file a claim 2 insurance co but not claim was realise
my query is if police take my car in custody as case property then wat is the procedure 2 get realize under superdari and where it has 2b file and wat doc along with the application is req any court fee etc is req. and wat is the formate for delhi

COMPLAIN CASE U/S 200 BEFORE A.C.M.M

A complain case was filled for the offence u/s 420,468,471,1210b IPC against no. of accused before the ACMM as the police were delaying the execution of FIR and side by side they have compleated the investigation and found that the accused person were guilty but i think the police has taken bribe from the accused party for not making fir so what is the best alternative left with the complainent , and what are the step by step procedures before ACMM in this case.

Non-Availability of Birth Certificate to Full Birth Cert

I am looking for a lawyer based in Gujarat who has experience of obtaining a Full Birth Certificate given Non-Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC).

The birth certificate I would like to obtain is for my late mother. She was born in 1940 near Jhagadiya, District Bharuch, Gujarat. She became a Britsh citizen in 1960s and expired in 1991. Her birth was not registered in India and I have no copy of her old Indian passport. The details and documents that I have of hers are: (1) place of birth in Taluka Jhagadiya, District Bharuch (2) School leaving certificate from Bardoli School (3) British passport indicating place of birth India.

I have contacted the municipal office and they can only issue a Non-Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC). However, I am still in the process of obtaining this document.

My questions:

1) Given Non-Availability of Birth Certificate (NABC) can this be converted to Full Birth Certificate ?

2) If possible, could someone recommend a legal expert based in Gujarat to undertake this work on my behalf?

Any advise would be much appreciated.

Sir, my husband has similar grievances as i do and in my each petition I involve his issue also, however he is never a co-petitioner with me. He was discontinued from his service by a seperate and similar order.
Is he free to move to court through a seperate petition even if i loose the case?
