A power of attorney for sale and registration of residential premises in India needs to be executed. However, the person is not in India but he is a citizen of India. Could you tell me the procedure for execution of POA outside India. Also, does that needs to be registered?

In response to my RTI application the Sub Registrar has replied that the Gift Settlement Deed has been registered been
registered between husband and wife on the grounds of ancestral property which was purchased by my late father by mirepresenting facts illegal declarations made by the land grabber The original document of late father is with us only and it has also been notorised by public notary appointed by Government of India we are three brothers and sisters absolute living heirs of father late mother had also expired long back mother sworned before Addl Judge prior to draal of family pension duly indicating herself and other absolute heirs on stamp paper Is it necessary to have succession/probate will now Kindly indicate under which section and act the husband and wife can be registered My elder brother first legal heir in chennai and the procedure for obtaining probate will if necessary warrants This was clear-cut illegal transaction and our father did not sign any documents due to the fact he had expired way back in 1987 The illegal transaction on the landed properties of late father took place in 2001 viz15 years later after his demise The land grabber claimed as ancestral property/gift by fabricating legitimate and legal documents
thereby attracting prosecution sections of cr cpc

There are 2 queries
1.Suppose I m using xyzshow from year 2007 and booked a domain xyzshow.com but in the year 2008 some other company booked xyxshows.com ....this is confusing the customers...i applied for trademark xyzhow few months back....can i sue xyzshows.com?...is there any way i can stop xyzshows to discontinue their operations?
2. is booking a domain can be shown as 'user' thing.....what documents are needed to show the usage of the mark?

i have sent goods infavour of A, but due to address problem he did not received the same and the goods returned to godown. but in the mean time i have submitted my quarterly vat return. what shall i do now?

I first thanks to all members who gives there valuable opinion time ti time. Now I am in great dilemma what to do and I am hundred present conform that here I got a right solution.
I am Cost Accountant & presently working as Sr. Accountant in a construction company Head office based in Ahmadabad and I am posted at Ajmer Site I submitted my resiganation the copy of my resignation is as below which I submitted on 30.04.2010
"Due to some family problem, I hereby submit my resignation from your company with immediate effect.
I am extremely thankful to the management for patronage time to time guidance and knowledge during the tenure of my service. This is very painful moments in my life to give resignation from this growing company where I treated like a family member
As per the terms and conditions given in the offer letter, I am ready to give 7days notice period.
I shall be highly obliged if you please arrange to clear my all dues and issue me No Objection Certificate as earliest as possible.
As I booked my Railway ticket on 15.05.2010, So Please release me on or before 15.05.2010"
But after submission my resignation I did not get any response from my company
My question is:
1)What I understand that my resignation is accepted by Management?
2)What happen if I not get my all dues?(Since Feb-10 to till now I not received Salary)
3)What should I do in this conditions as I am belongs to Kolkata and my Head Office is in Ahmadabad, if I go to Kolkata then that happens towards my outstanding amount which is more then Rs 50,000/-
4)Should I clam for bonus that declare by company but yet not given?
Pls help me,I am waiting for your opinion

i am working as a staff nurse in operation theater of jipmer hospital, a central government institution. if any miscellaneous items, for eg. torch gets missed during my duty, what is the action to be taken by incharges of the operation theater. As there is no written protocol in the institution for these kind of problems, does the incharge has the right to ask whomever on duty( staff nurse alone) to buy and replace the item without making any official enquiry.staff nurse is not the only person who is present in that place , there are doctors , attendants, assistants, safaiwalas.just because nurses take over , are they liable in these kind of problems. suggest a solution in the interest of both incharge and staffs.

I am a commercial tenant since 17years.As my landlord was not in a good health, i couldn't register the DEED 17years back.Now my landlord is no more (died).My landlord son wants me to vacate. But i still have 1year lease left.My landlord had taken PAGADI from me, when i entered into this lease ,in writing in that deed. NOW Can i register this Lease deed so that i can file a case in court.CAN i legally clam my Pagadi from my landlord"s son at today market price before vacating .
