Hi All, I got married around 8 months back. I discovered that my wife was having affair. I am going to divorce her according to sharia law. I am sure that she will file a case for maintenance and false case of dowry harassment. I am ready to defend myself in court. I want to know if at all i have to pay any maintenance or alimony, how much will it be. I earn around 1.2 L as my take home and my wife is also earning and her take home salary is 65 thousand per month. Please help.

Wife got maintenance under 125 CrPC for last 2 yrs. She stay with children separately. 498 is already pending. Does husband file divorce suit?

I got maintenance order in 125 CrPC.case is finally decided by session.I want to file appeal to HC.so which is suitable Appeal or revision.Is there as any difference in these two

orignally i belongs to lohar(NT) caste but at the time of taking admission in first standred my parents put my caste sutar(OBC) by mistake on record. and i came to know that when i passed 12th.after that i tried so much to correct it but i coulden't.i meet lot of people i went to tahsil office even i meet to high court advocate but no one could help me out so as such i completed all the education in open category.i never got any scholarship during education going on, but i dont mind it....but i want to change it sutar to lohar so that my upcoming generation should not face the problem.....as evidance both of my sister have lohar caste certificate and my father also have lohar leaving certificate......so plzzzz help me and guide me a proper way

First owner Mr. X & second co-owner Mrs. Y jointly owned flat in CHS. They had combined filed nomination form with the society by nominating their 3-daughters. The Mang. Committee of the society had accepted and recorded the said nomination in the minutes book awa nomination register. Now, second co-owner Mrs. Y expired and her 3-daughters had requested to transfer 50%of their mother's (Mrs. Y) share in flat to their names. Can we trf. in their name as their father (Mr. X) is still alive who had filed single/combined nomination form? Please advice.

I am working with a MNC company as an Executive. I am a member of registered Staff union. There is a policy of company to fill KRA for performance appraisal. But every year we finds that there is Inappropriate, Illegal and biased appraisal system conducted . We have also consistently quoted innumerable incidents of discrimination, and unfairness while conducting the Appraisal procedures. We have objected to the violation of the course of action of appraisal system Conducted. We have raised this issue innumerable times with the HR Manager. But no reply given from management. In spite of the same they are illegally pressurizing us to fill in the KRA forms. Also management issued to letters to all not filling KRA members stating to take action and no increment to all the members. Dear Experrts pls guide me can management stop increment of all the members who not filled the kra and what action can they take against this. Our union also given reply to the letters why we are not filling kra.In majority cases KRA was forwarded for further processing without discussion (Gross violation of Company guidelines ) No performance related discussions after Ratings to explain how ratings were arrived at . (Gross violation of Company guidelines ) In 2017 deliberate attempts have been made by the Functional Manager to give a lower rating than what is deserved to many of our staff. This unwelcome conduct of the Functional Manager amounts to harassment at workplace. Pls help

My father as hid this from...me and now I got to know after seeing the caste certificate of my father
I want to become a civil servant.will this affect me...if yes how ?

I am fighting a civil suit against my brother. I have filed the above suit myself as party in person. The suit is comming up for defedent i.e my brother cross examination. Since i do not want to see his face and encounter in the cross examination, can i give authorization to any advocate.( not vakalat). If so kindly show me provisions in advocate's act.

My wife has deserted me 10 years back. Both of my minor children lives with my wife. My wife is working as professor in a national institute & i work as engineer in a PSU.
My wife receives regular monthly maintenance for herself as well as for children.
My wife denies to live with me due to her own reasons.
In the year 2008, I filed a case of restitution of conjugal right u/s -9. The case is still pending as my wife is lingering the suit tactfully.
Few years back, I was introduced with a women through my co-league. She is widow and have a minor girl.
Can I live in with the lady or can I marry her.

I have heard that demolition of cinema theatre is not permissible in Uttar Pradesh. I want to close and demolish a single screen cinema theatre. Please describe the procedure for that.
