Inheritance of mother's Ancestral Property

My Grandfather has 2 daughters ( no sons ) - my mother and her sister. His property ( which he inherited from his father ) was divided when he was alive into 4 shares - self, his wife and 2 daughters. He died a few years ago, but my grandmother is still alive. I want to know, as of now, if I have a right on my grandfather's property and if yes, what right/share do I have, considering that my mother and grandmother are alive.
Also, can my grandmother and mother, will their share of the property to anyone, other than their children or do I have a legal right over their share as well.

Power Of Attorney

I purchased a plot of land in 1987 and I have with me original and duplicate sale deed , patta in my name , Encumberence certificate from 1986 till date , ie for 24 yers.
The land was sold to me and registered in my favour by Power of Attorney holder. The original entire holding of land was between two families and each family executed a POA in favour of one agent . The agent was the person who sold the land to me . Both POAs were registered at same Sub Registrar on same day in 1986 and bear continuous serial numbers. However I am able to locate xerox of only one registered POA and am unable to locate xerox of registered copy other POA . I am keen to sell the land and would like to know how to overcome this technical shortcoming in document. Pl madvise.

Co-operative Society Resolutions Validity

In our CHS, a Special GBM was called in Nov. 2008 for discussing the resignation tendered by the existing MC and to form a new MC in its place. During this SGM, other business was also discussed, and couple of other resolutions were also passed. One particular resolution was pertaining to charges to be levied on members for using part of the society premises for family functions. Majority of members have also approved the resolution. Now, as per the model bye-laws, no other matter can be discussed in a SGM other than the agenda spelt out. However, there has been no challenge to the resolution and member who have subsequently carried out family functions, have paid up the charges. But recently, when one member, who was asked to pay the charges for his function, refused to pay, saying this resolution is invalid. Hence my question to the learned expert is, while yes there is a technical error on part of the GBM to pass the resolution, does is violate the letter and spirit of the law? ALso, since majority of members have agreed to the resolution, can it not be considered a valid resolution? Thanking you in anticipation.

Limitation

The charge sheet to an employee has been given at the fag end of date of retirement (30 days before the retirement) for an alleged act of misconduct allegedly made 20 years ago. There is a Supreme Court judgment which says that an employee cannot be served upon a charge sheet just before the retirement. Can one please give me the citation. Even HC citation will help.
