CHENNAI H C IN JUDGEMENT ON 12.4.07 IN THE CASE FILED BY DEVI NAGAR RESIDENTS, COIAMBATORE HAS RULED THAT THE LAND ALLOTED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE CANNOT BE USED FOR ANY PURPOSE OTHER THAN THE PURPOSE FOR WHICH IT IS RESERVED. I PURCHASED A 2400 SQ.FT LAND APPROVED BY CMDA, RESERVED FOR PUBLIC PURPOSE IN 1998 BUT IT IS CLEARLY MENTIONED IN THE APPROVAL GIVEN BY THE CMDA THAT THE SAID LAND IF NOT TAKEN BY THE GOVT. WITHIN ONE YEAR FROM THE DATE OF APPROVAL, COULD BE SOLD BY THE PROMOTER BUT SUCH LAND SHOULD BE USED FOR RESIDENTIAL PURPOSE ONLY. KINDLY CLARIFY THE ABOVE POINT. WHETHER I CAN SELL THE LAND ?

dear sir
i have a property in my name. one of my adjacent tenant/property owner has dispossessed me in a corner, i dispossessed the adjacent tenant number 2 in a corner of his property. the simple case is that we three dispossessed each other in physical location but are having similar area as mentioned in our record. due to such dispossession the revenue authority is not giving non-encumbrance certificate to me. i want to sell my property for which i need that certificate.
i approached to the sub-registrar for registration. the sub-registrar is rejecting the deed saying that it not encumbrance free.
my question is sir......whether is there any law either in the registration act, transfer of property act or in any other act under which my property can be registered?
i belong to a hindu family.

Last month my younger brother died in an accident. He was married last year. After 15 days of his death, his wife left our family (her in-laws family) and now living with her parents. I want to know this only, is her parents-in-laws have no right on her after death of his son, is she free to live with his parents or any other one?

"""A"" & ""B"" are the brothers. Registered partition had taken place between them.
Now ""B"" has sold his share of property to ""C"". So ""A"" has filed a partition suit against ""B"" & ""C"" claiming his rights in partition. Court has given status quo in favour of ""A"". Status quo is since last 2 yrs. ""A"" always asks the court to maintain the status quo. The suit filed by ""A"" is bogus, as he had sold his share long back ago, only to claim additional money from ""C"" he has filed a suit against ""B"" & ""C"".
Now can ""C"" file a malecious prosecution suit against ""A"" because ""C"" is in loss since last 2 yrs because of status quo. Is the suit maintainable because the suit filed by ""A"" is still going on its on order but the order is not yet passed.
"
Please advice

Dear All,
Kindly guide:
I left my organization where i was in bond to serve for 3 years else to pay 60,000/- INR. I served there for 1.5 years.
Two major issues i am facing:
1. My wife is working in same firm and HR manger is treating her in very rude manner and ask her to pay 60,000/- INR of my bond else he will terminate her job and try his best to spoil her career.
2. Kindly guide what extreme the company can do and what max worse can happen to us.
Kindly provide your mail id or contact no so that i can find the solution at the earliest.

Hi All,
I am undergoing a divorce and my wife has not mentioned in 498/Maintanence cases that she consumed poison herself.
I would like to know
1. If the suicide note she left before consuming the poison will be a good ground to obtain divorce as she has suicidal tendencies.
So that I can produce the same in my divorce case.
Thanks and Regards,
Kiran
