Respected experts,
I am in need of recent citations of Hon'ble Supreme Court of India regarding temporary injunction to prevent encroacher to construct on suit premises. If anyone has knowledge about same please help me.

Cases under section 199, 200, 205 to 211 IPC are to be taken up by courts themselves(as per 195 and 340 of Criminal procedure code, but supreme court has set some bar which allows private party to put a case under section 199, 200, 205 to 211 IPC). The judge can take up the false information case by himself, on base of an application u/s 340 Cr.PC, this would carry more gravity since its a case initiated and executed by the judge. But if the respective courts do not take up these cases (which is usually the case) then file for private cases under sections 199, 200, 205 to 211 IPC (citing the bar Supreme court has set, enabling private parties to initiate such cases.
Can any of the Layer Members give me the case in which SC gave the ruling?

I had purchased a flat 20 years back.. before taking the possession of the flat the brother of the owner broke the lock and took the possession. Since thn the matter is going on in the court but yet there is no outcome. The Court refused to appoint a court receiver in the case. Now the entire building is going for redevelopment. The builder is asking me to take the money that I had paid 20 years back and leave the premises. He is also paying some money to the brother of the owner who has taken the possession. What do i do now?? I dont want the money but the flat. The matter is still pending in the court. Also, the advocate who was handling the case is bed ridden and he is not ready to part with the papers and I am unable to appoint another lawyer. He says you give me the number of the lawyer you want to appoint, how much is he charging you and thn he will part with all the papers in his possession? What do I do about this?

i am a flat owner in a haryana employees welfare society(HEWO)in gurgaon. the flat consist of two portions of cost, land cost and the construction cost. on what value the stamp duty is leviable while getting the conveyance deed executed and at what rate of stamp duty.

the assessee collects the sales tax (now vat)from its dealers in the ordinary course of business but retains the same as per the scheme of the government of gujarat.the said amount of vat collected is restricted to the amount of investmet made by the assessee in the fixed assets.after the amount of exemption limit the assessee shall be liable to pay the vat collected to the govt .the assessee also carries an obligation to invest the said exempted amount in the state within the next 10 years

A partition suit is pending over ground floor of the house my father built,after he died intestate.I'm absolute owner of first floor after my father gifted me roof right.I want to sell my first floor.
1.If the buyer agrees,can I sell my share in undivided ground floor to him?In such case,is the consent of my mother and sister(other parties for partition)necessary if the buyer agrees to buy my share in undivided ground floor along with my legal liabilities in the partition suit?Do they have to be witness to this deed of sale with transfer of legal liabilities?
2.If I decide not to contest this partition suit,what will happen?What will be the legal course of such a case if defendants do not contest the case?

My so called friend "K" on whom his wife has put cases under 498A,406 r/w 34. Futher she has put a domestic violence case also. In reply to her complain, my so called friend "K" has filed his "say", where to save himself he has mentioned this "Opponent No.1 (K) is not aware if any conversation took place between Applicant (that is his wife) and "A"(thats me) on his back. Moreover he is not responsible for any such talks between the Applicant (that is his wife) & A (thats me)if it is made without his knowledge"
This is total lies I have never met that girl (his wife) in his absense & this even the girl (his wife) will agree. To save himself he is simply dragging me into this matter & spoiling my name. Can a case of defamation be put against him & can that girl (his wife) also do the same

i would like to know the conditions under which guest house running is allowed in residential areas of delhi.
i learn that guest houses have to be facing roads of a certain width and above.
may i know the various bodies that assign eligibily criteria and the legality of the whole matters.

Government Contract Agreements
A contract document executed between a Chief Engineer of Govt. of Andhra Pradesh department and a Civil Contractor for execution of certain work on BOQ (bill of quantities) basis on Rs. 100/- Non-judicial stamp paper. But "articles of agreement" was not typed on the Stamp paper but some other matter like the details of the work are typed on in. The "articles of agreement" was included in the agreement but not typed on Stamp paper.
Whether the agreement is valid and any legal complications are involved in the agreement.
