Sir,
I am the holder of the will which is notarised I got favourable judgement in the lower civil court as per the judgement I am occupying the entire property of my wife's mother. My wife's brother appealed in the High Court and the will was held invalid on many grounds and the Witness examination of my wife,myself and an independent witness to the will proved false and court gave favourable judgement to my wife's brother.
Can I approach for revision petition or Apex court to get favourable judgement. Is it possible ? Please reply and advise.

Hi,
I want to know whether a charge on land,building etc assets of an Indian SPV can be created in favour of a foreign lender?Whether an indian entity can be roped in as a trustee in the transaction?
The structure is as follows:The Indian SPV is having controlling promoter/sponsor entity in Mauritius/Cyprus.The lender is extending longterm loan(ECB/Structured long term loan) to the Mauritius/Cyprus entity.The underlying assets which will be required as collateral,mortgage are physically located in India.The foreign lender will require comfort in terms of charge on indian project assets of the indian SPV and appoint a trusteeship company as a trustee towards the mortgage/charge.Whether such a legal transaction is possible as per our regulatory laws?Which laws will be applicable to the same? Please help

Dear Sirs,
My mother has a self earned property (Small house). There was around 1.50 lakhs debt in her name which me and my husband cleared. Hence my mom told that me and my brother has equal rights in her property. I was living in rented house and my brother alongwith his wife were living in my mom's house. But my mom is living with me. At this time my mom told me instead of wasting rental payments she told me that we can go and stay in her own house. So I spent around 4 lacs again and divided the property into two, one for me and one for my brother. But now too my mother is living with me. The property was still in my mother's name. At this point of time, my brother is asking for the house document to pledge and he wants to start business in his name. I was totally refusing this as the document was common and it was is my moms name. So I asked my mom to divide the property in each of us name and from that let him do whatever he wants. But my mother is not willing to do so now as she knows defenetly my brother will destroy the property. My brother has not spent even a penny to this house. I am in a confused state as I were losing my money also my rights. Please advice me.

Dear experts,
I need you great help and advice.
I am married and working with on of the best multination company in Mumbai. I usually travel a lot for my business assignment. As such I used to get my company car or taxi for travelling but one day I and my sectary was returning from our assignment, as she was having her farm house on our way so she offer me to see her farm house for which I also got agreed. There was no one except her watchman. We halt there took a cup of tea and decided to return back. We were just planning to leave and suddenly rain has started and unfortunately my car broke down (unable to start). It raining so heavily and no mechanic were near by so we decided to halt there only. I was sitting inside the farm house and in that mean time she asks her watchman to bring some food and whiskey for us. As soon as the watchman gave us the food she told her to go and not to stay there for that night. I told her that in any case watchman can help us in need of something as he is friendly with this location. She offered me whiskey which I denied first but she forced me so much that I got agreed and she also gave me the company.
We drunk till midnight. We both gone into unconscious mode and unfortunately we got involved in physical relation. (I know it is wrong but it was done under unconsciousness and mistakenly without any intention)
Now she is pregnant by a month and asking for huge amount for keeping this secret and also threatening me that I will not give her money and promotion in my company she will do the police complaint and also will prove that I took her into my car to the farm house (as my car was repaired next day in a garage where my car no. was noted.) that I have raped her. She also told me that she will tell police that I forced her watchmen to not to stay there.
Now I understand that she had planned this before only as she know that I love my family very much and I am also too social.
Now kindly suggest me how can I come out of this can I take the help of police without coming in knowledge to my family and my company.
What else I can do now???

Whether it is mandatory to lodge complaint before police prior to file complaint under section 200 Cr.P.C. Kindly suggest me.

What is the difference between this two categories?
Eg: -If an Organisation takes technical helps of Foreign Consultant for design furniture of Stadium. Is Service Tax under Reverse Charge payable under "Design Service" as it relates to furniture or is Service Tax under Reverse Charge payable under "Interior Decorators Service" as is part of Stadium?
