REGARDING TDS ON WORKS CONTRACT U/S 194C WEF 01/10/2009, THE EXPRESSION “WORK” SHALL ALSO INCLUDE MANUFACTURING OR SUPPLYING A PRODUCT ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SPECIFICATION OF A CUSTOMER BY USING MATERIAL PURCHASED FROM SUCH CUSTOMER. HOWEVER IT WILL NOT INCLUDE MANUFACTURING & SUPPLYING A PRODUCT ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SPECIFICATION OF A CUSTOMER BY USING MATERIAL PURCHASED FROM A PERSON, OTHER THAN SUCH CUSTOMER.
WHAT WOULD BE SITUATION, IF MANUFACTURING & SUPPLYING A PRODUCT IS DONE ACCORDING TO THE REQUIREMENT OR SPECIFICATION OF A CUSTOMER BOTH BY USING MATERIAL PURCHASED FROM SUCH CUSTOMER AS WELL AS MATERIAL PURCHASED FROM A PERSON OTHER THAN SUCH CUSTOMER.

I want to give my kothi (only G. Floor constructed) on rent. Which is a better agreement ie house lease deed or rent agreement? and for how many months? What is the difference between various such agreements in the state of Haryana.I want to ensure that tenant will peacefully vacate the property after agreed period.
Wondering whether it is better to give it to a company instead of an individual on lease.

I have completed my Btech (IT) - regular -anna university and doin my MBA - corres - in madras university. I m running a company, i m facing many legal issues so i wanna do Law.

My sister filed restitution of conjugal right petition. Her husband filed null and void petition.Now she needs to file maintenance petition.Husband is having income from rented house.But houses are in his parents name.Husband is also working.but we have no idea about his office address.What is the remedy for her to file a maintenance petition?

case is that.
mr"x" is the grandson of mrs."y"?
mrs."y"is widow and she self accuried a piece of land 200 gaaz.
mrs."y" have 5 sons & 2 daughter
mrs."y" making a "will" before his death which is registered at sub ragistrar office.
now the mrs"y"expired.
according to her "will"she gave a land to mr."x"who is the grandson of mrs."y"
now wht should mr."y" do to get the land of his grand mother ?
now the sons & daughter can claim the "will"of mrs."x"
if the sons & daughters not give no objection certificate what can do the mr."y"
plz solve the case ?
in this case mutation hoga ya fir probate hoga
or what is the procedure of mutation ?
