my wife has applied for admission in Bed
throgh a consultancy
later on it was revealed that the said consultant has managed and submitted schedule caste certificate.
now the cid inquirey is on the way and as per there statement i will have to go for an anticipatory bail.
kindly guide the necessary procedures for getting Anticipatory Bail as well as to get clear from the issue

Resp. Members, Father purchased a flat in 1986 in Pune, Maharashtra. He paid stamp duty in amnesty scheme in 1996, however did not register the document. In 2010, he made a declaration that he paid stamp duty on the document in 1996. He executed the document before a notary public. He also made a gift deed of the said flat in the name of his son and daugher-in-law and executed the said gift deed before a notary public. He wanted to register the said declaration. However, before registration, he expired. Whethere such documents can be registered in absence of the executant after his death. Request for your kind advice and help.

Dear Experts,
My grandfather had some agricultural land in Malaysias Distt. rewari Haryana.After his death it was partitioned among his three son's in those one was my father, he passed away in 2009 leaving a registered will registered in 2005 in my favour for that agricultural land which he got from my grandfather.On the basis of that registered will I named that land on my name.Now the problem lies that my three sister's among them one is married and one was out of home through my father's wish and one sister stays with me.I am youngest among all.Now the married one and who is out of home has dragged me in Haryana court demanding their share in that agricultural land.My mother has also passed away before and we belong to hindu family.My queries are;
1. Can my sister's challenge my father's registered will for that agricultural land.
2.If yes, then is their any way to overcome it.

Dear experts,
please solve the following queries :
1) At WE stage is it compulsory to submit all documentary/email printouts/telephonic recordings by a workman in an illegal termination case or he can submit some and submit the other at cross examination stage.
2)In law what is the definition of a genuine telephone recording which can not be challenged by opposite party?
3) At what stage presiding officer hear the telephone recording as evidence submitted by a workman .i.e at we stage or at cross examination stage.?
4) If some evidences are arranged by a workman after WE stage can he submit it after WE stage to prove his illegal termination.

I have an 498A,406 against me and I have got a Anticipatory bail and FIR has sent to the Judicial magistrate. Now can the police conduct a search of my place? if they conduct a search do they have to have a search warrant? If search warrant is to be taken will the Judicial magistrate give us an oppurtunity to say our case before issuing the warrant?

my case of 498A,406 has been closed 24 months ago due to withdrawal letter of my wife and Further action dropped has been endorsed by judicial magistrate. But now she has made a representation to Commissioner of Police saying that her signature has been forged and asked for reopening of the case & the Asst commissioner has sought permission from JM to reopen the case and the case has been reopened..
Now can the Asst comissioner reopen a case after 24 months?
Can this reopening be done without filing additonal evidence or proof in JM court?
Can the Asst comissioner reopen an already closed 24 months old case just by a letter given by the compaintaint?
if this cant be done.... can u please quote relevant sections or judgments.

i am a govt employee(teacher).my wife deserted me one year ago for a seperate family for the cause of she dont want to take care of my 68 year old father.i gone for conjugal rights notice.after that she put a 498a case against me and my father.
1)is there the departmental permission need to arrest me?under what code?
2)rcr notice not enough to did not arrest me?i am ready for trial.

I am defendant in suit for declaration , honourable court granted stay order regarding , changing the nature and possession of suit land , i want to construct house in the part of suit land , that i have purchased from defendant no.1 i am bonafide purchaser , i have filed application under order 39 rule 4 of C.P.C after stay order for taking permission for constructing house in the part of suit land , whether my application is maintainable , if maintainable , any citation in this respect , kindly help me in this matter.

alienation of minors property by kartha of joint family
Sir,
when i am minor my mother died and my father remarried another women. through her my father gave birth to another son. we got a house property from my grand father and the said property was alienated by my father and
fraudulently and he tactfully purchased a property in the name of my step mother as if she purchased the same with her sthree dhana. i become major very recently and i want to question the alienations made by my father give me good suggestion plz.
