First engage a local criminal side dealing lawyer and follow his guidelines.

As no fact is in your query except the reason of police case so no comment can be made on the merits of the case merely on this ground.

Consult a lawyer in your area. You have to prove that the documents are forged by the consultants. You can also file criminal case against consultants.

Hi,

I need your expert consultancy regarding the below problem, as i'm having no idea about court matters:

Case study:

1.There was a advertisement in a local paper for B.Ed. admission.

2.My wife applied for the same through above advertised consultancy.

3.Consultancy was ready to provide the admission & they asked us for xerox copies of my wife's acedemic certificates only,
we provided the same to consultancy.

4.Later we got a letter from B.Ed. institute that we need to provide caste & domicile certificate for admission.

5.We didn't reply this letter as we had no idea that why we need to provide these certificate for admission.

6. After approx. 1 month, some police investigation officers enquired us for the fake Caste & domicile certificate
produced by us during B.Ed. admission.

7.Then only we knew that above said consultancy has made my wife's admission on behalf of SC/ST & domicile certificate even though we never went that institute & not filled any admission form or provide any SC/ST certificate(we belong to GENERAL category).

8. Point to be noted here is that, we never produced/filled/signed any admission form/documents/certificate for my wife's B.Ed. admission.

9. By the time we were enquiring the situation, police has registered a forgery case against my wife's B.Ed. admission on behalf of fake certificates production for admission.

10. Now investigation office suggest us to take a anticipatory bail from court otherwise it may possible
to issue a arrest warrent against my wife

11. Now I'm puzzled & need yor suggestion:

a) Forgery case is registered in other state where it is very difficult to fight a case in other states court,
so what would be the best procedure to deal with this situation? Moreover I want to close this issue ASAP.

12. Eagrly waiting for your side best solution?

BR,
Bhuwan

See a lawyer soon and take Anticipatory bail. Give a complaint to local police station in your area and also give copy to the higher authorities.
