Hello,
My Illiterate Grandfather made my caste certificate from village in Sultanpur (where our ancestral
house was situated and my grand parents were living there). But he took help of someone in "Jann
Suvidha kendra" and asked him to fill my details in the caste certificate application form and after
that my caste certificate was prepared. We all belong to Scheduled caste (Chamar) category as
reflected from our village's "parivar register" but that person entered Scheduled caste (Kori) in my
caste application form and my caste certificate shows Scheduled caste "Kori". Both "Kori" and
"Chamar" come under Scheduled caste category in Uttar Pradesh at Sultanpur region. But at the
time of certificate verification the "Lekhpal" told us your certificate contains different "jaati" i.e "Kori"
which is different from Chamar and is prepared wrong. Kindly suggest what I can do to avoid any
negative circumstances and get this error corrected. The "Lekhpal" was very furious over this
mistake. BUT BOTH SC-CHAMAR AND SC-KORI COME UNDER SCHEDULED CASTE
CATEGORY. PLEASE SUGGEST !!!!

But When I inquired with IGNOU, they have told that they have stopped LLB, LLM long back.
Why is it so?

Why is it so?
If there are courses which I am not aware of I want guidance in this regard.
We have made a sale of big consignment on advance payment basis to a client. The client paid us via cheque which was cleared by the bank and amount got deposited into our A/C and we shipped the goods. After 30 days of clearing, Bank came back to us claiming that they mistakenly cleared the cheque and amount in the client A/C was not sufficient and they have to withdraw the amount back from our A/C. Our was a CC A/C which was already at its limit, bank took the money back without any concent increased our CC limit and posted 0 available balance.
Now the client is also refusing to pay and we can't visit him as he is the different state and we have given in paid slip. Because of the Bank's mistake, we have shipped our GOODS and didn't receive the PAYMENT also. Need guidance from experts.
Now we want to take action on Bank to get our money back as the client has refused to pay. Need guidance how can we get our money and from whom. Is there any such case happened in the past which I can refer and what did court decided in such case.
NEED GUIDANCE & EXPERT ADVISE

Dear sir
Greetings. My surname is Tali in my official documents. When I try to obtain Backward Caste certificate, I am not given the same on the reasons that Teeli/Teli is included in the list of the said castes. The surname of my father in the documents is Teeli. I tried to change the same in my documents but it is taking so long. I have to change documents right from my school to college in this matter.
Sir, is there a way I can get the said certificate without going through pains of changing all the documents. Is there any other way. I shall be looking forward to your reply.
Thanks in advance.

I sold my property and buyer's husband issued me cheque and its details was mentioned in the registered sale deed. When I presented the cheque to bank it bounce due to insufficient funds and even after 10 days passed buyers is not depositing the amount in his account. My query that cheque was issued under the signature of husband of buyers wife and if I file case would it can any encumbrances.
I have the filed the criminal Appeal case in Punjab high court, chandigarh with delay of 30 days, The registry made certain objections, but I could not collect on the same day. I have refiled after 20 days, and now registry has asked me to add 20 days more in delay, so now delay is 50 days, I have been told that in other states, including the supreme court, the registry gives 28 days for correction of defects. Here, now without any time granted for correction of defects, they straightaway added 20 days, since I have already filed the matter in registry with a delay of 30 days. Kindly suggest
