I was undergoing pre-appointment training BSNL Jao phase-1.The training period was 10 weeks. At the end 4 weeks I am selected in MSTC in that interview was done before training.I need to submit my documents in very less time So this I had to resign BSNL and submitted pre-appointment documents in MSTC. So I want to know that whether bond is applicable ? Is reliving letter required to join another organisation? In BSNL I am not completed my training and have not received any appointment letter and stipend during training period.I was staying my own expenses.
BSNL BOND AGREEMENT:-
THAT the trainee has agreed with the company that after completion of the training, he/she shall serve BSNL in such department or departments at such place or places in India in such capacity in connection with BSNL`s business as BSNL may require from time to time, for at least 5 years after completion of aforesaid training, on terms and conditions contained hereinafter and in accordance with the Rules and Regulations of BSNL as applicable from time to time to such trainees.
THAT the BSNL has called upon the trainee to furnish a Bond to the extent of Rs.2,00,000/-(Rupees Two Lac only) for indemnifying the Company against all loses or damages which the BSNL may suffer by reason of the breach of the terms of this agreement by the trainee.
THAT the Trainee and Surety have agreed that in the circumstances if the trainee commits breach of any conditions of this Agreement or, in case the training of the said trainee is discontinued under the provisions to clause(1) above and the CGMT is satisfied that the failure of the trainee to reach the necessary standard is due to his/her work (the decision of the CGMT in this behalf being final), or in case of continued adverse reports regarding his/her conduct or his/her political activities directed against the Government of his/her Country /BSNL, or if the trainee voluntarily quits for reasons not beyond his/her control any time during the course of training, or on completion thereof does not serve the BSNL for a period up to five years or during such period of service does not carry out his/her duties with diligence. BSNL shall have full powers to forfeit the amount of security deposit without any notice to the trainee and surety. Trainee & Surety have further agreed that they are jointly or severally shall pay forthwith to the BSNL on demand an amount of Rs. 2,00,000/- (Rupees Two Lac only) as Bond amount along with the interest @18% p.a., which BSNL may suffer by reason of the Breach of the conditions of the Agreement and upon the trainee and/or the surety making such payment, the above written bond shall be void and of no effect, otherwise it will remain in full force and virtue.

I had been made retired compulsorily by the Central Government subsequent to the Departmental Inquiry. The order of compulsory retirement doesn't spell about any reduction in my pension and gratuity. I had applied for pension and gratuity to my department. The pension sanction authority has sought for clarification to the Disciplinary Authority about the reduction in pension and gratuity. the issue is pending from April 2017 onwards and I have not received the pension and gratuity till date. Meanwhile, I have been convicted by the CBI-ACB court in July 2018 and the said judgment was appealed before the High Court which has granted stay on the order passed by the trial court. Till date no pension or gratuity was sanctioned to me. My friends are saying that I can't receive the pension and gratuity till acquitted from the CBI case. Whether the Disciplinary Authority can reduce/withheld my pension and gratuity retrospectively i.e. from April 2017 onwards. Kindly clarify the rule position in the matter. Thanks to all Experts in advance.

What is the nature of gift deed given by paternal brother's family to all sons of his brother, where they are not having children.will it become separate property of sons or joint huf of sons. Other thing is properties got through gift deed they pooled it up and partitioned themselves so that each received different properties of gift ded. Gift deed given in year 1914.

dear sir one of my supplier has not filed his gstr-3b & gstr-1 since april-18.
he has issued us tax invoice & we have claim input on that basis.
we asked him to file return & deposited tax then he said he will do soon.
what should i do now.? please help

How many maxium days employee can suspended without issuing chargsheet to him.
Since employer not issue chargesheet yet, hence employee What shiuld Be do...?

Hello experts!
First of all I am not a lawyer and I need your help in an urgent matter.
During background check for my new job, the recruiter company has mentioned that there are some flags raised on Indian financial probity check. They just gave me a case number and no further details. Case Number: COCP-3160-2017 To best of my knowledge there is no case against my name in any court. I have contacted lawyers but they are unable to get further details with only case number. Please suggest if it possible to get further details on this just with case number as I need to give a justification for this coming week. This is very important for me and I would really really appreciate any help on this.

Subject: I got Physically and mentally Assaulted(&) ragged by seniors of our Department of Economics
I am Dheeraj Nimmagadda, a student of UG 1st year economics got beaten by some seniors AbdulGuffer & Sohail Mahummad Ansari of our department on 1st october night. let me inform you that 2 seniors of our department beat me and few other supporters of bussiness school #BBA Department
due to Unsounded behavior towards those seniors .I agree that i havent cared them in seniors few people. due to their behaviour. But you can ask the seniors people and teachers of class .Behavior of me and please let me know you one thing Mam until now to the thing is clear that the people are begging And commanding for the respect
Incidents that they marked to beat me
#I haven't cared them
#i haven't obeyed the words of those people .because i dint like due to they individual behavior
#i sad f**koff of literally by showing middle finger in when they said me to be clam and dint clap in National surgical Strike and suddenly he started bad words like (Gudapagaladagutrha)its an telugu word means i will f**k your ass " then i said ok what ever you want go on
later on after some time i said them that using the words bro i didn't said to you be cool ..then he asked my Room no i said B block B30 when i was in my room they came front of the door and said me to come out then i said you come in bro.
then they started beating me....in showing senior ism with me and i got frightened be seeing those people came with a gang and friends are trying to stop and they punished my friends
*and i was been clam i havent raised my voice they beating me again and due escape from this fight and i said sorry and they called me out then to i got frightened i said no i wont come after long time they called me out forcefully
And started to saying about this University and how the seniors are powerful and they said you might be think about to Complain About us to the department and to the Vice Chancellor
they cant do they thing in this University if they might to only they will suspend for one week nothing more then that
and they are saying the past Seniours to me that Ma final year students who made a strike infront of vc gate "but they didnt did any thing to him they might have an a enquiry commiety and finally warns us ,they warnd me again here the law doesnt work here in this campus no one can do anything even we known the people those people can go to vc with out any permission
they says it is not Hyderabad or any other
it is Gulbarga he the people are quite harsh even they will murder for 30rs and warned me lot .. i said ok bro i escaped from there and recently murder happened in our University
And it clearly shows No student have fear if he is doing wrong too
Mam or sir i want the justice
But i still believe the justice and law they have to be punished as per the law and justice
Even if you find any wrong of me i have to be punished as per the law and i am looking for the justice
Mam some of the words i shouldn't use but i have used those words to explain the Scenario clearly
This message was true and genuine and i hope you understand my concern i hope you will help me to ..not only me your judgement should be mark of justice , This type of things should not have to be repeat in our campus ..

Because they have huge contacts in this campus they made huge fake statements against me as that I used. Abuse language that I have used, I used to explain the situation exactly what happened..same words I used to explain
I became emotional and I used these word
If you are seniors then nothing to me it might be great full to your teachers and parents I respect the people who respects me..
And they again complained against me as I using vaulger words

Regarding SC-Caste (Type) error in SC caste Certificate
Hello, My Illiterate Grandfather made my caste certificate from village in Sultanpur (where our ancestral house was situated and my grand parents were living there). But he took help of someone in "Jann Suvidha kendra" and asked him to fill my details in the caste certificate application form and after that my caste certificate was prepared. We all belong to Scheduled caste (Chamar) category as reflected from our village's "parivar register" but that person entered Scheduled caste (Kori) in my caste application form and my caste certificate shows Scheduled caste "Kori". Both "Kori" and "Chamar" come under Scheduled caste category in Uttar Pradesh at Sultanpur region. But at the time of certificate verification the "Lekhpal" told us your certificate contains different "jaati" i.e "Kori" which is different from Chamar and is prepared wrong. Kindly suggest what I can do to avoid any negative circumstances and get this error corrected. The "Lekhpal" was very furious over this mistake. BUT BOTH SC-CHAMAR AND SC-KORI COME UNDER SCHEDULED CASTE CATEGORY. PLEASE SUGGEST !!!!
