I have hired office in city area from one Mr. A in 2001. Mr. A was tenant not owner. Mr. A hide that he want tenant. Now trustee of office filed case against Mr. A to vacate office and court has gave temporary order to seal office. As a sub-tenant, What rights I have ? During last 8 years I four agreement of leave and license. since last two year Mr. A is not issueing / renewing leave-license agreements for 11 months. Can I request court to give me some time to vacant and find some new place. Mr. A take Rs.2000/- p.m from and paid Rs.30/- trustee as rent. He has not paid Rent for last three years. Pl suggest remeady at earliest.

Dear Sir,
We had entered into a contract with Delhi Transport Corporation for providing Electronic Ticketing Machines which also included providing manpower for managing operations at depots, providing consumables like paper for ticketing etc. Our source of revenue was through advertisement on tickets.
But the business model did not sustain due to lack of cooperation from the bus conductors and DTC officials and non availability of ads during that period.
Now another tender has been floated by Delhi Integrated Multi Model Transit System for purchase Electronic Ticketing Machines. The payment shall be made to the vendor on the basis of per ticket issued through this machine.
My question is
What should we do to save ourselves?
Can there be two different business models for the similar type of work?
Is there any court judgement referring to my question above.

dear sir, i purchased 200 shares of jaipraksh industries ltd(OLD) but for long due to some reason i could not get them transfereed in my name. when after revdilation of transfer deed from regitrar i send to company they told that co. has amalgamated as jp associates and new sahe certificates had been send to hongkong &shanghai banking corp. the last holder from whom i purshsed through broker in market. when contacted hsbc they asked rs. 5000/- as fee for searching and original certicicate ,proof of purchae and transfer deed in original. i send all to them after that they told us to new shre certifates no. from co. ie jp .we wrote to jp whowever they gave certificate nos. now hsbc telling they did not receive shuch shares from jp and now telling us to get the shares from jp. as they are the last why jp will intertain me.pls help me and advise what to do.

Q. what is the condition for salary slip, Esic & Pf Benefits for a employees.
I am working in a Pvt.Ltd company and i am getting salary of 9,000 Rs. per month.
But i am not getting any of the Benefits like Salary slip, Esic and Pf Benefits also there is not deduction of Professional Tax.
and salary is given by cash and there is no voucher and proof is taken by the company.
I want to know what can be the reason for this that they can keep the employee on payroll without such valuable service.
Isn't is theft of Professional tax from govt. are Esic benefits.
what action can be taken against such employer.

I have filled a case in Consumer forum Thane, Mumbai against a Company Reliance Communication in yrs. 2008.
Till Now i have not received any reply from court & i always attend the Court session.
2 Months ago, for some reason i filled the RTI Application for More information about courts action and their decision.
after all they told me that your decision is pending and it will be decided in the next month of May 06,2010, at 2:00 PM,for final Hearing.
But in the Next month i.e. when i went to court they already changed the time , they have taken the session in the court at 11:00 am instead of 2:00 Pm.
without informed me.
Even when i noticed the scheduled on notice board the time is written 2:00 Pm.
But when i asked some people in the court they told me that no, the session is kept at 11:00 am.
Due to this i was absent and they have given next day for session in the month of
june.for the reason of absent.
I want to know that is any way without informing to us they can conduct the court session.
Is they informed to the person then what is the way?
can i take any action against the Management for this?

hi, i need some assistance if anybody can help.
I got married last june.My mother in law has taken my wife back,saying that she(my wife) is not able to adjust. this happened in december. my wife & my mother in law have signed a letter, stating that they have taken this step willfully. in this span, they went to various people in our caste, & ask them to extort money from us & get the divorce done.but the other people always replied them to help in patching it up. from last one month i am trying to contact my wife, went to several places to get her back,but her mother is not ready to patch up & the inlaws are not allowing me to talk to my wife. in this last month,only once i have spoken to her & through her talk,i felt she might come back,but is getting negative under some pressure. my mother in law has given me dhamki that she will show me what she is ? i'm afraid she doesn't file a false 498a/406 and other possible case just to harrass us? please suggest me what to do now? how to save my family from all these false cases? my wife stays in other state, can they file these false cases over there & do that state police can arrest us?

Hi,
I applied for home loan from IDBI Home Finance.They sanctioned 55 laks to me out of which they disbursed 5 lakhs.When property got completed,I asked for further disbursement & they told me that my CIBIL report is not clear.
I admit that my CIBIL report is not clear,but it was not clear at the first place when I applied for loan & thn also they gave me sanction letter for 55 lakhs on the basis of which I took a flat.Now they are not disbursing my balance amount.
Let me brief you about my credit history
I was having 5-6 credit cards for which I went for settlement.Now I need to know how to get a clear CIBIL report.
Currently I am in US.Do let me know If I can hire a lawyer who can give me a clear CIBIL report of mine

Dear all,
Recently i shall be going to start work in trade mark which shall be a new exposure for me. Kindly let me know whether it is Trade Mark Act 1999 or Trade and Marchandise Act 1958 which shall i read. Can any one of you kindly guide me as to how shall i proceed regarding the registration of a trade mark which has not yet been registered? Ours is one of the famous pharmaceutical companies of Bengal.
